It’s only a matter of time before we see either

A disruption of less than 2mm net barrels of NGL/oil can probably be arranged by sometimes in October and probably less than 1mm by sometime in Nov.
This will still drain inventories but won’t push oil to wild heights. I suspect there will still be issues with particular NGLs well into 2020.
By doing this precisely at the entry to shoulder season almost to a day the Iranians gave the market 45 days refinery TARs to absorb a bunch of the hit.
US NGL pipeline exports are going to be the longest winners. (MO)
