MSN Fanboy, I don’t value cowards who attempt to incite violence in others towards others. Anyone with conviction, just does. Coward’s attempt to whip up hate and fear in others hoping they will do the dirty work. Suicide bombers may be scum bags but at least they have the courage of their convictions. Theedouch and you jr douches just bitch moan and complain like most westerners. Y’all want somebody to “do something”, but won’t get off your ass. Calls for blood from the cyber pulpit. Pray tell heros, what great sacrifice or example have you made for the white race or your country that we should all follow? Cowards are the biggest talkers and war hawks.

    So true, Ap, so true.

Americans should replace “In God We Trust” on their faux money with “Let Someone Else Do It” They certainly no longer believe in a god unless it is cash.

Only Mars, the God of War, has their support. And only if it doesn’t inconvenience them personally or cost them too much money.

BTW: Ads pop up on the internet sites here like YouTube, and others, asking if you want to convert to the Muslim faith.

Have any of you noticed this in your country? The predominately Catholic Philippines is still about 5% Muslim.

Wouldn’t so much worry about islam. More concern about oilistans paying for terrorism and then we hypocritically support them. If this is the legacy of ‘christendom’ then may it end son and let us all embrace some kind of unity. Jesus Christ would fight our policies, not support them. Modern islam has lost its focus on the internal relationship with God, it’s embraced the legalistic approach of the Salafist, that’s why they can detach themselves and kill and not worry about the harm they do, God wants mercy, justice and compassion. Lest the world forget that when Islam began, it was SUPPORTED by Jews and Christians, who were sick of the Romans and their militarist agenda. We are going to make the same errors as the Romans did.

You guys bitching about indoctrination have a narrow understanding of human nature and the world. You are clever though acting like you are not practicing the same behaviors with your narrow agendas. There is nowhere in the world that is not part of an education process that includes indoctrination. It is part of human culture since the beginning.

As for religion it is what you make of it. Religion has suffered the same hijackings we see throughout modern life. There are some core elements that have significant utility for modern man. Those of you saying you know what is there after the lights go out behind those eyes of yours are again suffering the same blind faith we see in hardcore fundamentalist.

The basis of faith of the “nothing crowd” is a mechanical universe with nothing more. Give it some oil and the gears will turn. As for me, I have no idea of what comes next but I can assure you feeble human intellect is not going to have a firm grasp on something as large as the universe. We will all have to wait and see. I suspect it will be a surprise just like when our lives started.

Joe, If Jesus were real and could come back today and learned of all the atrocities and crimes that have been committed by “Christians” in his name since he supposedly left, I believe he would blow his brains out with a double barreled 12 gauge shotgun in an instant and splatter his grey matter all over us.

  9. Davy on Sat, 26th Dec 2015 7:31 am

If Jesus came back he would burn money; smash personal electronic devises, and rail against industrial food. He would curse the fossil fuel culture and praise those who live within a sustainably local. He would be honest and direct about the coming collapse. BTW, there is plenty of solid historical evidence for a historical Jesus.

  12. Apneaman on Sat, 26th Dec 2015 11:12 am

Davy, I don’t “know” what happens when the lights go out, no one does because there is zero fucking evidence, same amount as for “the creator” and unicorns. Evidence is the key. I simply do not believe in things without evidence and especially not extraordinary claims of any one of the ten thousand invisible sky gods that have been claimed or any of the after life retirement homes. The suggestion that those who do not accept extraordinary claims on ZERO evidence are simply following another form of faith is completely ludicrous. Jesus was most likely the biggest myth in the history of apes. There is almost no evidence that a historical guy named Jesus existed let alone sky daddy’s divine super son. Apes are fearful insecure highly emotional creatures. Making shit up is what we spend most of our time doing. What is there like 30-40 thousand christian denominations and everyone of their adherents is 100% convinced their deal is the absolute truth.

It is truly a sad waste of a mind living constantly in an uptight and self important frame of mind. My recommendation is a dose of humility and call me in the morning.

    Texas Prepares for Islamic Invasion

As of January 1, 2016, licensed Texans will no longer be forced to conceal their revolvers or semi-automatic handguns while out in public.
According to a new open carry law, which Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed at a gun range last June, licensed Texans can now openly carry their firearm (as long as it’s secured in a belt or shoulder holster) in all the same places where they could already carry a concealed weapon—which is pretty much anywhere except federal buildings, courthouses, polling places, amusement parks, worship centers, sporting events, jails, and businesses like bars where more than 51 percent of their earnings come from alcohol sales.

A child could do it and not even have to get out of the car. Maybe there just ain’t that many boogy men out there. Maybe the refugees that are coming to the west really just want to be fat consumer zombies.

Would Syrian Refugee Baby Jesus Be Allowed to Immigrate to the U.S.?

“In this political season in which Syrian refugees have become a political football, it is worthwhile remembering that baby Jesus is depicted by the Bible as being a Syrian political refugee not once but twice.

In ancient times, “Syria” referred not to the area of the modern country but to the entire Levant– Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine and Israel. Scholars sometimes call it greater Syria.””

    LOOKS LIKE A “TERRORIST”!

    The Real Face Of Jesus
Advances in forensic science reveal the most famous face in history.

“From the first time Christian children settle into Sunday school classrooms, an image of Jesus Christ is etched into their minds. In North America he is most often depicted as being taller than his disciples, lean, with long, flowing, light brown hair, fair skin and light-colored eyes. Familiar though this image may be, it is inherently flawed. A person with these features and physical bearing would have looked very different from everyone else in the region where Jesus lived and ministered. Surely the authors of the Bible would have mentioned so stark a contrast.

On the contrary, according to the Gospel of Matthew, when Jesus was arrested in the garden of Gethsemane before the Crucifixion, Judas Iscariot had to indicate to the soldiers whom Jesus was because they could not tell him apart from his disciples. Further clouding the question of what Jesus looked like is the simple fact that nowhere in the New Testament is Jesus described, nor have any drawings of him ever been uncovered.”

“An answer has emerged from an exciting new field of science: forensic anthropology. Using methods similar to those police have developed to solve crimes, British scientists, assisted by Israeli archeologists, have re-created what they believe is the most accurate image of the most famous face in human history.”

  33. makati1 on Sat, 26th Dec 2015 8:16 pm

Ap, maybe this will explain it…

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-12-25/what-if-jesus-had-been-born-2000-years-later-american-police-state

…“Two thousand years later … the memory of the revolutionary zealot who walked across Galilee gathering an army of disciples with the goal of establishing the Kingdom of God on earth, the magnetic preacher who defied the authority of the Temple priesthood in Jerusalem, the radical Jewish nationalist who challenged the Roman occupation and lost, has been almost completely lost to history.” ? Reza Aslan, religious scholar…

  34. Apneaman on Sat, 26th Dec 2015 9:35 pm

mak, that’s the story based on the so called evidence. I read Aslan’s book, “Zealot” when it came out. Thing is, the evidence that a historical Jesus even existed is almost nothing. I guess it’s possible since there was a new prophet every week for sometime in that era in that region. I don’t see the evidence, but Aslan and the rest of the Jesus industrial complex need there to be at least a historical Jesus or else many universitie departments will close, scholars will be jobless and that’s just the secular part of the industry. Some well qualified scholars are making their case for big J being just one more myth. The believers will always believe no matter what, so it’s just an academic debate. If you study the history of the religion what is clear is that it is ever changing depending on the time and the place. No one should be surprised that the “prosperity gospel” was invented in America. Jesus wants you to be rich.

“It helps to think of the prosperity gospel movement in terms of the early history of rock ‘n’ roll:

Norman Vincent Peale would be the movement’s Hank Williams. Rev. Ike is its Little Richard. Benny Hinn is its Bo Diddley. Robert Schuller is Chuck Berry. Ernest Angley is Chubby Checker. Jim Bakker is Buddy Holly. Jimmy Swaggart is Jerry Lee Lewis and Joel Osteen is Elvis. Creflo Dollar, Rev. Ike’s most slavish imitator, is either Jackie Wilson or James Brown.”

  38. Davy on Sun, 27th Dec 2015 4:46 am

Mak, look, I am not an extremist like you are on religion. I have read far too much comparative religion, philosophy, and theology to see right through your anti-religious fundamentalism.

Just because religion has been hijacked does not mean it is all a farce. Even with religion being hijacked as it always has been it still has profound importance good and bad. You are just another fundamentalist extremist practicing intolerance.

There are deeper meanings within religion that are so much more than traditional Jesus teachings. These are the esoteric meanings that point to nature and the universe. The Jews, Muslims, and Christians all had a similar beginnings influenced by earlier realities.

I don’t relate to dying and floating up to heaven to see grandpa but life is a timeless here and now with a common energy. Your effort at trying to tell people there is nothing deeper is a joke. In any case no one knows or will ever know.

Worrying about if there was or was not a historical Jesus is likewise a wrong turn. There is adequate evidence for a historical Jesus. What is more significant is the message that amalgamated to form this traditional Jesus message.

The ancient Cathedrals of Europe were a smokescreen for deeper expressions of the search for the secrets of life. On the surface they were the usual religion but these stone Masons left deeper meanings. This points to multiple levels of abstraction that leaves most people struggling with level one. We are linear beings attempting understanding of the non-linear.

Bash religion all you like it just demonstrates your typical narrow extremist agenda of hate and discontentment. You are consumed with resentment and a deadly serious passion of self-importance that comes out in every one of your comments.

  39. JuanP on Sun, 27th Dec 2015 6:47 am

Mak, I completely agree with your outlook on religions. I believe most religious people are hypocrites, fools, and/or mentally ill. Any person that thinks that their gods are the right ones, but someone else’s gods are evil belongs in an insane asylum, IMO. I consider your perspective on this subject to be extremely smart and reasonable. I don’t mind people believing in the existence of gods, but being a member of an organized religion like the Roman Catholic Church is a symptom of one mental problem or another. Sending your children to a religious school to have them brainwashed and indoctrinated is a terrible thing to do and only an incredibly deluded person could consider that good parenting. Lots of people like that in the Catholic Church. I consider the Catholic Church the most criminal, agressive, violent, and retrograde institution that has existed in human history. To believe in the Catholic Church today you have to be a complete idiot.

  40. Davy on Sun, 27th Dec 2015 7:12 am

Good job Juan, you are battling with ideas. I don’t agree with them but it shows intellectual depth. If a few others would do the same we could clean up the filth on the board.

  41. makati1 on Sun, 27th Dec 2015 7:24 am

Davy sure uses a lot of words to say that I am wrong … lol. But then, he has no proof either way except to consider my viewpoint as possibly valid or poo poo it like he does everything else I say here.

People who use religion a a crutch, as he obviously does, are sick, weak and immature, no matter their education or status. That they cannot accept death without the belief that there is another life where they will be reunited with their loved ones, is the way religions keep their sheep in line. Sheep as in sheared and slaughtered by their “Shepherd” when he feels like it.

They are shackled for life by the indoctrination from their parents and their church beginning the day they are born. Infant baptism, and circumcision reminds them that they are now owned by their god. Similar to the promise of 70 virgins to the Muslims who die in the service of that same god. LOL

Once you put all that aside and realize that this life is all there is, it gives you a freedom you cannot imagine. I pay not taxes to any church, have my time wasted with their babble, or worry about a hell that doesn’t exist. Real freedom.

  42. Davy on Sun, 27th Dec 2015 7:51 am

    The Illusion of Freedom

“The seizure of political and economic power by corporations is unassailable. Who funds and manages our elections? Who writes our legislation and laws? Who determines our defense policies and vast military expenditures? Who is in charge of the Department of the Interior? The Department of Homeland Security? Our intelligence agencies? The Department of Agriculture? The Food and Drug Administration? The Department of Labor? The Federal Reserve? The mass media? Our systems of entertainment? Our prisons and schools? Who determines our trade and environmental policies? Who imposes austerity on the public while enabling the looting of the U.S. Treasury and the tax boycott by Wall Street? Who criminalizes dissent?

A disenfranchised white working class vents its lust for fascism at Trump campaign rallies. Naive liberals, who think they can mount effective resistance within the embrace of the Democratic Party, rally around the presidential candidacy of Bernie Sanders, who knows that the military-industrial complex is sacrosanct. Both the working class and the liberals will be sold out. Our rights and opinions do not matter. We have surrendered to our own form of wehrwirtschaft. We do not count within the political process.”
