https://www.usip.org/publications/2023/ ... nt-horizonIs a Saudi-Israel Normalization Agreement on the Horizon?
While progress has reportedly been made in talks, there are many complicating factors to securing such an historic deal. The deal would be a tectonic shift in Middle East geopolitics, but also carries major implications for other actors beyond the three negotiating parties. Israel would, of course, benefit from normalized relations with the Saudis — long seen as the “holy grail” of potential normalization agreements for the country. The Saudis, in turn, would see their interests advanced through strengthened U.S partnership in key areas.
But this deal could also have serious implications for the future of the Palestinian national movement and, further afield, for the role of China in the Middle East.
Let us not forget, the arab world is divided between sunni and shia, a division that dates back to the death of the Prophet Muhammadin in 632.
some old news.

The United States on Thursday announced sanctions in Lebanon and Oman aimed at shutting down financing to the Iranian-backed group Hezbollah and the Palestinian Hamas militants.
So it is the Shia faction that want's to eradicate the jews.
Remember when Egyptian President Anwar Sadat made the peace with Israel
https://history.state.gov/milestones/19 ... camp-davidthe U.S. and Israeli delegations agreed to a treaty text on March 13. Sadat quickly assented to the agreement and the Egyptian-Israeli Peace Treaty was formally signed on March 26 1977.
Anwar Sadat was then assassinated on 6 October 1981
Egypt is predominately sunni, like Saudi Arabia. The three nations that fund the anti-jooish terrorists are all Shia, as per the map above. Now is it any wonder that the Shia backed Hamas chose this time to attack into Israel? Just as the Saudis were preparing for a quasi peace deal? Politics, that's all it is. Stupid muslim politics.
