(Natural News) Government authorities in Japan have announced new plans to start dumping highly radioactive wastewater from the failed Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power facility directly into the Pacific Ocean.

Though the amount of radiation in the water far exceeds legally-permitted levels, according to the plant’s operator and documents reviewed by the U.K.’s Telegraph, there’s apparently no other place to put it at the site, which is on the verge of seeing its storage capacity completely maxed out.

Reports indicate that approximately 1.09 million tons of contaminated water currently being stored inside 900 tanks at Fukushima will soon be drained in the Pacific in order to make more space for new water, a move that’s sparking outrage among local residents and a number of environmental organizations that worry about what the vast contamination will do to the world’s largest body of water.

TEPCO, Japanese government have clearly been lying about “safe” Fukushima wastewater

The announcement is sure to be puzzling for anyone who believes the narrative that’s long been conveyed by the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) that nuclear wastewater at the Fukushima site is “safe,” containing only small levels of the radioactive contaminant tritium.

It also brings up questions about the repeated assurances from the Japanese government that a so-called “Advanced Liquid Processing System,” or ALPS, developed by the nuclear arm of Hitachi Ltd., has been effectively removing all other radioactive materials to “non-detect” levels, which doesn’t seem to be the case.

The power of the elements: Discover Colloidal Silver Mouthwash with quality, natural ingredients like Sangre de Drago sap, black walnut hulls, menthol crystals and more. Zero artificial sweeteners, colors or alcohol. Learn more at the Health Ranger Store and help support this news site.

The Telegraph says it’s obtained documents from a source in Japan’s government revealing that ALPS “has consistently failed to eliminate a cocktail of other radioactive elements, including iodine, ruthenium, rhodium, antimony, tellurium, cobalt and strontium.”

When asked about these documents, Hitachi reportedly declined to comment on the performance of its ALPS technology. The Japanese government similarly refused to respond to multiple requests for comment about the seeming disparity.

Like we’ve been saying all along: Fukushima is a MAJOR coverup

According to The Telegraph, other “restricted” documents suggest that the arm of the Japanese government responsible for handling the Fukushima disaster didn’t even know that ALPS was “malfunctioning,” and not actually removing harmful radionuclides to “non-detect” levels. So there’s no telling what the actual levels are of nuclear radiation being dumped from the site into the Pacific.

A study conducted by the Kahoko Shinpo newspaper found in 2017 that 45 of 84 water samples collected from near the Fukushima site tested extremely high for iodine 129 and ruthenium 106, at levels far above what’s considered “acceptable” even by liberally-defined government standards.

Keep in mind that iodine 129 is known to cause thyroid cancer, and has a half life of 15.7 million years – meaning it’s not going anywhere once released into the environment. Ruthenium 106 is similarly carcinogenic and high-risk when its comes to its environmental pervasiveness.

And it was just last month that TEPCO was forced to admit that a shocking 80 percent of its stored wastewater still contains radioactive substances at levels far beyond what was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

“Tepco has now admitted that levels of strontium 90, for example, are more than 100 times above legally permitted levels in 65,000 tons of water that has been through the ALPS cleansing system and are 20,000 times above levels set by the government in several storage tanks at the site,” explains The Telegraph.

What this all suggests, of course – and affirming what we’ve been saying all along – is that TEPCO has for years been lying about the true level of radioactive contamination at the Fukushima site. There’s also no telling to what degree harmful radiation has already been dumped into the Pacific Ocean, only to spread far and wide across the globe.

the whole thing about radioactivity is tarded. i once told a group of people that we all would have two heads in 10 years and that was a few years ago. i couldn’t help it because i was tarded. i read and read and read and came to the conclusion that i was a dead man walking.

But i joined the know_nukes group on yahoo and there was a supertard named mauk_amauk who said nukular is perfectly safe.

like i said you can’t argue with supertards. i’m lucky i never lose argument with supertards because i would bankrupt myself paying the jizya for 1 million rounds for their auto keltecs.

anyways the tards say a miniscue quanity of plutoniom kill who humanity. i read this to mean we must safeguard it. but as a tard i never considred dispersion – it has to get to each individual to kill him/her and that’s difficult.

but i think mauk is saying that the medical industrial complex won’t classify death as radioactive poisoning much unlike the tards in phils classify deaths due to malaria, they aren’t. that’s why phils lack supertards and america got tons. i can’t walk around without bumping into supertards in america.

oh btw, china is on the news stealing supertards tech again.

guys look at pictures of ororville dam it is same shape and dimension top to bottom
    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6339333/Officials-California-dam-spillway-ready-rain.html

water more destructive toward bottom because it gains kinetic and loses potential

a quick reference of supertard viktor schauberger would’d fixed that.

now that dam has cost over run

they don’t make supertards like they used to. we have paper supertards who want to use F35 for close combat support and axe the A10

    I’ve already written a Ph.D. dissertation
on how to solve the Fukushima clean-up
    problem once and for all.

For those who missed it last time, let me
repeat how we will clean up the mess,
    permanently.

We go on down to the indian reservation
fireworks stand, and we get ourselves one
hydrogen fusion bomb, fun for the whole family. Decent size, maybe 15 Megaton yield.

Now, put that bomb right in the middle of
    the Fukushima reactor complex.

    Light fuse, and get away.

KA BOOOOOM Yeeee Hawwww. And we made a
fortune selling tickets to people watching
    from miles away.

What’s left of the Fukushima mess? Nothing!
    alll gone! Yay!
No more welfare bums stealing money from
the government to pump water around from
    tank to tank.

No more stupid buried cryogenic curtain.

No more water tanks, yup, those all got
blowed away along with everything else.

Nothing left but a nice clear blue lagoon,
and in only about 25-30 years, it will be
safe to run your speedboat around in.

Tourist visits, rent a boat, or go
    to the hamburger stand.

Get yourself a TEPCO Burger (extra onions)
or buy a MELTDOWN (nacho plate with extra melted cheese)

Everybody wins on this one, folks.
By the way if there’s something really
nasty you want to get rid of (lousy
    neighbors, cranky mother-in-law, or
that restoration car project you never
    finish)
well stack all that up in the Fukushima
parking lot, one-stop shopping it will all
    go away.

Or you can just keep listening to those
    cranky liberals bitch about dumping
    radioactive water into the ocean.
Whine, whine whine, goes on forever, lets
just nuke this sucker properly and move on.

Da, Da comrade, A10 Warthog is the
    very best, horasho !!

Trump will use A10 Warthog for close combat,
like on arch-liberals and the alphabet
    networks.

F35 not nearly as good for that sort of thing.

Too late to worry about adding more radioactive waste into Pacific Ocean, for it is already far into a mass extinction event
Radiation poisoning, unless being at a nuke disaster strike, is a slow killer so all the irradiated foods from Japans agg and all the Pacific fish you’ve eaten since 1911 is within you and cancer will be cause og your illness and death, not radiation.
Radioactive particles do not dillute they accumulate into the biospheres and the organisms and lands.
The ingotmation upon Fukushima was outhere since day one, and on day one the disingormation began was done by the Powers That Be, PTBs, and denial is a lot easier for public than facing reality.
We killed ourselves, long before Fukushima, until today the US nation as a whole means living in a more toxic place than even where old Soviets tested chemical and nuclear weapons, a human tragedy that we within next 20 years will see within US .

We should all be good stewards of the Earth.

Take garbage dumps. Those are bad.
They fill up a whole valley with garbage.

But there is a solution. One little old hydrogen
fusion bomb, in the 15 Megaton range.

Dig a tunnel into the garbage, so the bomb is
right in the middle. Light fuse and get away.

Ka Blammo !!! All the garbage is gone gone gone.

The whole valley is shiny clean again, clean
like the whole thing had been vacuumed with
    a Dyson.

With all that garbage gone, nature will
grow back and everything will be restored.

With literally thousands of garbage dumps
nationwide, be sure to re-elect Trump and
the republicans so this plan can be signed
    into law by executive order.

I think speed racer’s idea should be work-shopped to see if it would end the disaster once and for all without endangering the planet. Funny thing is I’ve thought of that idea before too. The benefit is it’s all vaporized into the atmosphere all at once, but what is the fallout from such an event? One benefit is the radioactive elements wouldn’t have time to convert into other more exotic radioactive elements. It stops prolonging the disaster. I like it, but does it make sense when penciling out all the possible negative outcomes vs. the slow haul release of tons of radioactive water for 50 plus years? You make the call…

  11. Go Speed Racer on Fri, 2nd Nov 2018 3:17 am

Hi Chrome, yeah mainly the fallout just make sure it blows in the right direction, like into some other country.

Like let’s say we’re blowing up a garbage dump
in Montana. When that fusion bomb goes off
just make sure the fallout blows into Canada
    and problem solved.

    (O;

On the other hand, if we’re blowing up
Fukushima, mainly the fallout should blow
into North Korea. We can find a day that
    the wind is just right.

At any rate, fallout or no fallout,
it’s very clear that a nice big jumbo
    hydrogen thermonuclear fusion bomb,
would vaporize all that foolin’ around
at Fukushima and give us a nice blue lagoon
    (glows at night)
    to barrel around in speedboats.

And no more dumb government studies
about how radioactive is the water,
how many barrels of water today,
is that cryogenic curtain diverting the
ground water, on and on and on they go
    it’s all a scam.

Yup, blow it all up, what could go wrong.

  12. Jef on Fri, 2nd Nov 2018 9:24 am

As opposed to the old plan of plan to just leak radioactive Fukushima water DIRECTLY into the Pacific Ocean.

They must have hired some Oil-Qaeda consultants.

  14. Go Speed Racer on Fri, 2nd Nov 2018 8:59 pm

    Ya but,
Jef they WON’T be leaking all the radioactivity into the environment.

By blowing up the whole site with a fusion bomb,
That will put ALL the radioactivity into the environment.

That way it’s completely gone away
    and out of sight
    is out of mind.

Plus it would be loads of fun.

Libertarians are on the right side of history because freedom worked for 200 years in the US and tyranny failed in the USSR and Nazi Germany.

Communists and Nazis think problems should be solved with force, but Libertarians prefer using logic and reason.

If tyranny is so wonderful then why do people try to escape from prisons?

If Americans love tyranny then why did Americans fight Communists and Fascists?

How can Americans sleep at night now while the US collapses or look in the mirror without feeling utter disgust and shame?

A libertarian is just a anarchist on training wheels, but still greedy as hell, and essentially a thug.

  17. Davy on Mon, 5th Nov 2018 4:25 am

A privileged extremist liberal is just pure power hungry greed with unrealistic and misguided ends. Their misguided extremist narrative justifies the thuggery of the means in their delusional minds. The rich and privileged of these extremist live the life of this affluence without risk. They then promotes these forces of thuggery but they themselves are too aloof to allow the stink to rub off on them as they parade around in comfort and self-deception.
