Who is buying ISIL’s oil?

Turkey has been forced to deny Russian allegations that it buys oil from the armed group and says Assad is a customer.

On the face of it, it looks like any state-run oil industry.

Engineers, managers and traders all help extract, refine and distribute oil, which makes its way across Syria and Iraq, as well as overseas.

But this is no state-run company. This is the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant’s (ISIL) lifeline – a business that provides the armed group with more revenue than any other source.

Oil helps to fund its war in Syria and Iraq, as well as to provide electricity to the 10 million people living under ISIL control.

But despite the oil trade being targeted by the US-led coalition against ISIL, the business continues to thrive.

And many people are increasingly asking why.

Russia has accused Turkey of buying oil from the armed group. Ankara in turn threw this allegation back at Moscow because of Russian support for Bashar al-Assad, who is also accused of buying oil from ISIL.

And to complicate matters, ISIL oil is also being sold to other rebel groups in Syria, most of whom are opposed to ISIL but have no alternative sources of fuel.

So, who are the individuals and groups involved in refining and selling ISIL’s oil? And where does that oil end up?

Turkey’s prez is getting a cut of the cash flow from the oil and his son also. It is being allowed to happen under the direction of the Empire as ISIL is doing the Empire’s dirty work.

Many other sources confirm this and it is logical that it has Turkey’s support and cover. Putin is destroying this cash flow and has pissed off the ones who are profiting … hence, the downed Russian plane. We moved one step closer to WW3 that day.

Erdogan has refused to apologize to Russia, and he just warned Putin that he is playing with fire.

Erdogan seems to think that he can handle the Russians. Maybe Erdogan thinks if he gets in a real war with Russia, Obama will come and rescue him.

    Time will tell.

Everyone buys it. The US intentionally is not bombing any well heads etc. Russia wiped out a hundred isis oil trucks last week and Turkey shot them down for doing it. The real question is how did they collect the Intel to find out when and where? Everything we see today is a process which began in 2003, from the Invasion of Iraq based on lies through the Arab Spring, then the strategic bombing of Libya to take down Ghadaffis defences, through two regime changes in Egypt and the US both supporting Shia suppression in Arabia and deal making with Iran.
The bigger picture is obvious. Right now governments are jetting to Paris to see if they can agree to reduce carbon emissions to below levels not seen since the 1990s! If that does not involve a peak in our use of oil then the term peak oil means nothing. We are talking about the toppling of all the powerful oil governments leaving only the strategic ones in Arabia, Iran and Russia, with the US as swing player, to prevent catastrophic price swings they have Saudi pumps on full during this process, and it won’t be finished until oil is not a destabilising element anymore.

IS oil is being traded mostly through Turkey. Erdogan’s family and friends are said to control this oil smuggling operations. I have also read that both Japan and Israel have bought some of this oil from Turkey.

The Russian bombing campaign is being very effective and will now be focused on destroying the oil, drugs, weapons, and human smuggling going on along the Turkish border. This will piss off Turkish criminals and terrorists to no end since it will deprive them of their main source of income.

This will also increase the costs for Turkey, the USA, the EU, NATO, the KSA, Israel, and the other nations sponsors of terrorism financing, training, and arming the foreign terrorists invading Syria. According to German military intelligence more than 95% of the fighters fighting against the legitimate Syrian goverment of President Assad are foreign mercenary terrorists.

Obama must go! Erdogan must go! Yankees go home! Go Vladi, I love You! Putin is the best political leader the world has seen in my lifetime and Russia is the biggest country on Earth!

Its told over and over again that while the Saudi’s are directly financing Al Qaeda and Islamic State, Turkey is silently supporting IS by buying their Oil.

USA let the trade happen, so that more Oil comes to the World market and the Oil prices remain low.

Joe – My first effort would be going to Google Maps. Here’s a shot of one of the fields. Not the best quality: I think I recall the govt has Google degrade some area.

¿Who is buying American politicians? — That is the real question.  Without the complicity of “our” overlords, none of this horror would be happening.

We know that after Obama wiped Libya from the face of the earth, they all sat back while islamists rampaged all over north Africa, killing even a US ambassador. The US sat back while islamists transfered weapons from Libya to syria exactly according to the PNAC plan to reshape the world and cement Americas position as imperial master, that is Americas foreign policy.

This last story has been buried by our collective memory, a CIA asset acting as Ambassador in a destroyed country allowed to be killed thus cutting a living link between the US and the birth of ISIS.
NONE OF THIS IS AN ACCIDENT.
