Venezuela Is About To Ditch The Dollar In Major Blow To US: Here’s Why It Matters

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said Thursday that Venezuela will be looking to “free” itself from the U.S. dollar next week, Reuters reports. According to the outlet, Maduro will look to use the weakest of two official foreign exchange regimes (essentially the way Venezuela will manage its currency in relation to other currencies and the foreign exchange market), along with a basket of currencies.

According to Reuters, Maduro was referring to Venezuela’s current official exchange rate, known as DICOM, in which the dollar can be exchanged for 3,345 bolivars. At the strongest official rate, one dollar buys only 10 bolivars, which may be one of the reasons why Maduro wants to opt for some of the weaker exchange rates.

“Venezuela is going to implement a new system of international payments and will create a basket of currencies to free us from the dollar,” Maduro said in a multi-hour address to a new legislative “superbody.” He reportedly did not provide details of this new proposal.

Maduro hinted that the South American country would look to using the yuan instead, among other currencies.

“If they pursue us with the dollar, we’ll use the Russian ruble, the yuan, yen, the Indian rupee, the euro,” Maduro also said.

Venezuela sits on the world’s largest oil reserves but has been undergoing a major crisis, with millions of people going hungry inside the country which has been plagued with rampant, increasing inflation. In that context, the recently established economic blockade by the Trump administration only adds to the suffering of ordinary Venezuelans rather than helping their plight.

According to Reuters, a thousand dollars’ worth of local currency obtained when Maduro came to power in 2013 is now be worth little over one dollar.

A theory advanced in William R. Clark’s book Petrodollar Warfare – and largely ignored by the mainstream media – essentially asserts that Washington-led interventions in the Middle East and beyond are fueled by the direct effect on the U.S. dollar that can result if oil-exporting countries opt to sell oil in alternative currencies. For example, in 2000, Iraq announced it would no longer use U.S. dollars to sell oil on the global market. It adopted the euro, instead.

By February 2003, the Guardian reported that Iraq had netted a “handsome profit” after making this policy change. Despite this, the U.S. invaded not long after and immediately switched the sale of oil back to the U.S. dollar.

In Libya, Muammar Gaddafi was punished for a similar proposal to create a unified African currency backed by gold, which would be used to buy and sell African oil. Though it sounds like a ludicrous reason to overthrow a sovereign government and plunge the country into a humanitarian crisis, Hillary Clinton’s leaked emails confirmed this was the main reason Gaddafi was overthrown. The French were especially concerned by Gaddafi’s proposal and, unsurprisingly, became one of the war’s main contributors. (It was a French Rafaele jet that struck Gaddafi’s motorcade, ultimately leading to his death).

Iran has been using alternative currencies like the yuan for some time now and shares a lucrative gas field with Qatar, which may ultimately be days away from doing the same. Both countries have been vilified on the international stage, particularly under the Trump administration.

Nuclear giants China and Russia have been slowly but surely abandoning the U.S. dollar, as well, and the U.S. establishment has a long history of painting these two countries as hostile adversaries.

Now Venezuela may ultimately join the bandwagon, all the while cozying up to Russia, as well (unsurprisingly, Venezuela and Iran were identified in William R. Clark’s book as attracting particular geostrategic tensions with the United States). The CIA’s admission that it intends to interfere inside Venezuela to exact a change of government — combined with Trump’s recent threat of military intervention in Venezuela and Vice President Mike Pence’s warning that the U.S. will not “stand by” and watch Venezuela deteriorate — all start to make a lot more sense when viewed through this geopolitical lens.

What initially sounded like a conspiracy theory seems to be a more plausible reality as countries that begin dropping the U.S. dollar and opting for alternative currencies continuously — and without exception — end up targeted for regime change.

If the U.S. steps up its involvement in Venezuela, the reasons why should be clear to those who have been paying attention.

This moves comes just days after The BRICS Summit where Putin unveiled his “fair multipolar world,” which culminated, as Pepe Escobar explained, in the following

Meet the oil/yuan/gold triad

It’s when President Putin starts talking that the BRICS reveal their true bombshell. Geopolitically and geo-economically, Putin’s emphasis is on a “fair multipolar world”, and “against protectionism and new barriers in global trade.” The message is straight to the point.

The Syria game-changer – where Beijing silently but firmly supported Moscow – had to be evoked; “It was largely thanks to the efforts of Russia and other concerned countries that conditions have been created to improve the situation in Syria.”

On the Korean peninsula, it’s clear how RC think in unison; “The situation is balancing on the brink of a large-scale conflict.”

Putin’s judgment is as scathing as the – RC-proposed – possible solution is sound; “Putting pressure on Pyongyang to stop its nuclear missile program is misguided and futile. The region’s problems should only be settled through a direct dialogue of all the parties concerned without any preconditions.”

Putin’s – and Xi’s – concept of multilateral order is clearly visible in the wide-ranging Xiamen Declaration, which proposes an “Afghan-led and Afghan-owned” peace and national reconciliation process, “including the Moscow Format of consultations” and the “Heart of Asia-Istanbul process”.

That’s code for an all-Asian (and not Western) Afghan solution brokered by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), led by RC, and of which Afghanistan is an observer and future full member.

And then, Putin delivers the clincher;

“Russia shares the BRICS countries’ concerns over the unfairness of the global financial and economic architecture, which does not give due regard to the growing weight of the emerging economies. We are ready to work together with our partners to promote international financial regulation reforms and to overcome the excessive domination of the limited number of reserve currencies.”

“To overcome the excessive domination of the limited number of reserve currencies” is the politest way of stating what the BRICS have been discussing for years now; how to bypass the US dollar, as well as the petrodollar.

Beijing is ready to step up the game. Soon China will launch a crude oil futures contract priced in yuan and convertible into gold.

This means that Russia – as well as Iran, the other key node of Eurasia integration – may bypass US sanctions by trading energy in their own currencies, or in yuan.

Inbuilt in the move is a true Chinese win-win; the yuan will be fully convertible into gold on both the Shanghai and Hong Kong exchanges.

The new triad of oil, yuan and gold is actually a win-win-win. No problem at all if energy providers prefer to be paid in physical gold instead of yuan. The key message is the US dollar being bypassed.

RC – via the Russian Central Bank and the People’s Bank of China – have been developing ruble-yuan swaps for quite a while now.

Once that moves beyond the BRICS to aspiring “BRICS Plus” members and then all across the Global South, Washington’s reaction is bound to be nuclear (hopefully, not literally).

Washington’s strategic doctrine rules RC should not be allowed by any means to be preponderant along the Eurasian landmass. Yet what the BRICS have in store geo-economically does not concern only Eurasia – but the whole Global South.

Sections of the War Party in Washington bent on instrumentalizing  India against China – or against RC – may be in for a rude awakening. As much as the BRICS may be currently facing varied waves of economic turmoil, the daring long-term road map, way beyond the Xiamen Declaration, is very much in place.

“Davy, you are sick. Get some help before you lose it and do something stupid.”

I begin to wonder about the point of these boards. We are never going to change the world in any big way by writing on them. I participate in the hope of learning new things, entertaining myself and just maybe, coming up with something that might make the energy transition easier in some small way.

But I don’t get the point of constant Bitchfests between people that have never actually met each other and who spend the day winding each other up over the internet. What do you get out of it?

“Ant, there has been ZERO good from America since WW2. Stability? Hahahaha! Peace? Hahahahaha.”

Makati, I do not accept that. How free do you think places like France and Germany would be if the US had pussy footed around, waved peace symbols and let Stalin roll over them? How many millions would have died of hunger, or would have frozen to death in gulags in Siberia? Do you think the Philippines would be an independent nation right now if the US hadn’t bombed the Japanese into submission at the end of WW2? Do you think the Chinese would be benevolent overlords if the Americans disappeared from the western Pacific?

These people have done both good and bad. They have made often disastrous mistakes. Their actions swing between self-interest and benevolence. But any other nation in a dominant position, would have made all the same mistakes. We will never live in a perfect ethical world. And when the US empire does collapse, you and your people will be crying under the Chinese yoke.

Antius, I keep telling Davy to just ignore my posts if I do not mention him by name. I tried but he cannot help himself, I guess. He has to rebut all of my posts of US negatives. They are all truths but he refuses to even consider that.

Anyone can ignore me. ALL of my posts start with Makati1. I ignore most of the comments as I am only on a few times a day for a few minutes when I need a break from other things. I look at the new articles, comment and then look at the list of comments at the lower right corner to see who said what. I do not read even 1/3 of the comments.

I too learn here. I look up anything I am not familiar with. I continue my education every day. I consider other’s views and experience against my own and sometimes change my mind.

I see the results of America’s brainwashing here in the mindset of a few commenters. A sign of the times, I guess. Too late to change it. “Interesting Times”, in a Chinese way.

Antius, the war with Japan was started by the US, not Japan. Better do some real history research outside of US sources. Pearl Harbor was just another 9/11 used to start the war. Think about it.

Why were the two carriers, that the US would need in the war, away from Hawaii for a few days, just when the Japanese were to attack? Coincidence? Then why weren’t the rest of the fleet also gone? Coincidence?

9/11 was the false flag used to get the American public willing to go to war when there was no need to. Just the latest “false flag” to sell weapons and make the rich richer and to cover the fact that the US was failing even then.

Do some real history research. You have the whole world of the internet to supply history as told/written by all sides. Maybe then you will not be so quick to parrot the “peace keeper” propaganda.

“US interfered in elections of at least 85 countries worldwide since 1945”

I don’t doubt it. But how do you think things would have played out if the US hadn’t existed and China or Russia had become the dominant global power? Do you think they would have been less interfering and more benevolent? Do you think you would be free to post these comments right now, based upon what you can see in these two countries?

People outside of the circle of power always hate the people that are controlling them. It is a fact. In international affairs, that control is never going to be gentle, it will often be cruel and oppressive and will always feel intrusive. That is the inevitability of living in a global pecking order. You can only really judge US hegemony by comparing it to what you would otherwise have. In your case, that would mean living under a Chinese hegemony. I wonder how much you would like that?

Antius, I consider you one of the best contributors on this board for hard information. All I can say is avoid the bitch fests. I get tired of them too. I am going to fight the extremism here because this is my home for 5 years or so. People like makat want to set a bad tone. I am balancing that. This is an anti-American site. I am not trying to change that. The US is the biggest problem today by many metrics but the world according to makat is a farce. The extremism here is against the truth and we all should be concerned about the truth. I fight that. Does it matter in the greater scheme of life, no, but for me it is my little part in defending the truth. Do I know the truth, no, but I want to get closer to it. It is people like you that help me get closer and people like makat that makes the truth more distant.

I can (to an extent) believe that the Bush administration found the 9/11 attacks to be useful in many ways. Bush wanted a war in the Middle East to finish his daddy’s unfinished business in Iraq and Rumsfeld wanted open access for the US oil industry to develop Iraqi reserves.

But suggesting that the US government deliberately engineered an attack on its financial capital, is far fetched to say the least. Your Pearl Harbour theory is also far fetched. If you want to pick a fight and win, you don’t start by letting the enemy exterminate a large part of your military force, just to draw them into a fight. More likely, they got careless in both cases and underestimated their enemy.

I am not attempting to suggest that the US is an entirely benevolent entity in this world. I just happen to believe that there will always be a pecking order, with the most powerful nation calling the shots over the others. If not a US hegemony, then a Chinese, or Japanese, or Russian or British one. None of them would be entirely pleasant. They would all be abusive and controlling in their own ways. But I seriously wonder if I would have anything like the same freedom or living standards if the Russians or Chinese were controlling the world order. I very much doubt it.

antius, you are in the right crowd that includes Davy and Boat. Up to your eyeballs in that “exceptionalist”/”indispensable” bullshit. You are a defender of evil. There is no excuse to interfere with anyone not directly endangering the 48, now 50 states.

The US is about plundering resources and controlling them after. Not democracy. Not freedom. Not anything. That’s like saying burning down a village to save it. An excuse used in Vietnam, by the way by the Americans.

What you are saying is that it was/is ok to kill and plunder so YOU could/can live a lifestyle way above your share. No different than breaking into your neighbors house, killing him and taking his stuff. In most countries that is called theft and is punishable. The world is starting to punish the US and about time.

Ant, how did 16 uneducated, foreigners get into the US, steal 4 commercial airliners, fly thru the most protected airspace in America, take down three building (yes 3) with two huge planes with minimal flying instruction, and also hit the Pentagon in exactly the location that certain incriminating evidence of military fraud at the Pentagon was kept?

They had help in many ways to pull that off, and it ALL came from inside the US government. Did you know that if even a Piper Cub flies inside the DC air space and does not answer the control tower, they scramble a jet to intercept? Four planes flew inside that zone and not one jet was sent to investigate. They hit the pentagon with missile, not a jet liner. Whose missile? From where? You will never know. It was all covered up and just now is coming to light. It was a justification to invade Saddam who was going to sell oil in Euros.

You really need to update your education.

But suggesting that the US government deliberately engineered an attack on its financial capital, is far fetched to say the least.

Bush didn’t have clue, he was sent away to Florida to read fellow toddlers about “pet’s goat”. The government insiders who directed the operation (by keeping the military down) were Dick Cheney and Rumsfeld. It was essentially a CIA-Mossad operation, where WTC and Pentagon buildings were prepared with explosives for extra effects, triggered by planes, telecrashed into it.

    http://www.globalresearch.ca/ex-italian-president-intel-agencies-know-9-11-an-inside-job/7550

Your Pearl Harbour theory is also far fetched. If you want to pick a fight and win, you don’t start by letting the enemy exterminate a large part of your military force, just to draw them into a fight. More likely, they got careless in both cases and underestimated their enemy.

Absolutely not. One week after Japan joined the Axis, Roosevelt was notified by his advisers (McCollum) that this was the perfect opportunity for Roosevelt to get his desired war against Germany… via the Japanese backdoor.

    http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/McCollum/index.html

And the way to get there was via an oil boycott. Japan got 100% of its oil from the US. All the US needed to do was impose impossible demands for the boycott to get lifted (“abandon your entire empire in Asia”) and to wait for Japan to get oil-starved. The US knew that Japan would first try to get its oil from elsewhere and there was only one potential source: the Dutch East Indies (“Indonesia”). The US had made it clear that it would not tolerate that Japan would evade the boycott in this manner and had a fleet in Pearl Harbor to enforce this intention. Roosevelt knew that the Japanese had no choice but to attack PH. At every moment Roosevelt knew where the Japanese fleet was, but kept his commanders in PH in the dark. Additionally Roosevelt ordered his carriers away for some bogus mission. The rest of the fleet in PH was an intentional pawn sacrifice for no other purpose than to overcome public resistance against the war in Europe and to conquer Europe, together with their Soviet pals.

Even you own commie pro-American BBC understands that by now:

If not a US hegemony, then a Chinese, or Japanese, or Russian or British one. None of them would be entirely pleasant.

Of course not. I’m not warning against the US, I’m warning against China. Not to paint these folks in the corner as the devil incarnate, but because they will be the next super power, that needs to be contained by Europeans world-wide. Geopolitical common sense. Multipolar identitarian world of the 21st century.

The transition from US hegemony towards that multi-polar world will either begin as a US-Chinese conflict in SE-Asia or with an uprising in the US of “Constitutionalist separatists”. These two events could very well go hand in hand.

I am not saying it is OK or good or right. The Americans are greedy, selfish and self-defeating. But guess what? So is the entire rest of the world! Every government in this world exploits the masses to provide income for a privileged group. It is cruel and violent and sickening to see. But it is what human beings are. When it comes down to it, we go through life trying to bring home the bacon for those we love and care about and often do cruel things along the way.

What you are opposing is not exclusively American, it is the crappy human condition. It is the way the Chinese, or the Russians, or the French, or the British or the Japanese, or the Romans, or the Babylonians would treat you if they were in charge.

I happen to believe that the US has done both good and bad in this world. What separates the US from China and Russia is that they do have a constitution and cultural tradition that values human freedom and right to choose. It emphasises the right of individuals to choose their governors and protect the individual from arbitrary power. It was written by one of the greatest men in history. The US has gone wrong precisely because it has allowed big money and powerful men to corrupt its values. But unlike your beloved Asians, at least it had those values to begin with and has done its best to export them. Like I said before, it is better than the alternatives.

Answer: The US security services got careless and complacent, became convinced of their own superiority and the terrorists involved planned the attack meticulously. You don’t need a gun or bomb to get control of a plane, just a Stanley knife and a lot of sheepish people too frightened and selfish to oppose you and who have no idea what you are planning. There were no explosives involves in the attacks. In a confined space with the right ventilation, compartment fires burn at a 1000 degrees centigrade, easily enough to buckle steel columns built with modest factors of safety. The planes were full of jet fuel.

I will read your links if I get time. But I am aware that the internet is full of cranks, with too much time on their hands, who like to weave conspiracies. Conspiracies are exciting after all and make the people weaving them feel important. But Occam’s Razor tells me that the simplest answer is most likely to be true. And that answer is that the security services got careless and were incompetent. It isn’t really that hard to believe.

We are pouring our efforts into a vacuum, carrying out analysis and writing posts that few if any people will ever read and even fewer will change their opinions as a result of reading them.

Then start a blog. At least you can put that on your CV.

I do not entirely agree that writing on a forum is a waste of time. It sharpens your thinking and you get attacked for it and as such your learn your own weak spots. The anonymity is a blessing, because you do not have to fear loss of face (apart from the forum) and can speak frankly.

I learned a lot over the past five years about the “American psyche”, a knowledge that could be useful later, when things heat up, geopolitical.

I also have few opportunities in my personal surroundings to discuss energy issues. We have redundancy and indecency rampant here. I am part of it but I would like for this board to center and balance. I am all for moderation but if extremist insist on their extreme message I will continue to fight them with extreme measures. I would like for the earlier times when we had many offering personal solutions and advice. This board is now too political and less on energy. This is the flow of things and possibly it will develop new focus with new blood. I find occasionally I get some really good info out of this site. Lately when you and clog discus energy issues I am getting very good material worth hanging around for. I also have a personal vendetta with makat. I am not going to let him and others turn this board into their personal propaganda bulletin.

Those krauts don’t know how win a war.LOL

It is difficult to win a war if you are intentionally being cornered, raped and murdered by the millions by the likes of the Poles, Soviets, Americans, British war party around Churchill, Vansittard and week-kneed followers like the Chamberlain government, the French, The Norwegians, Dutch, Belgians, Canadians, Australians, Greek, Yugoslavs, Indians, Moroccans, to name a few.

    http://avalon.law.yale.edu/imt/jack37.asp

The reason I Say that is that captured documents which we have always made that claim-that Germany would be forced into war. They admit they were planning war, but the captured documents of the Foreign Office that I have examined all come down to the claim, “We have no way out; we must fight; we are encircled; we are being strangled to death.””

Straight from the horses mouth. And when the victors were finished raping the Germans, they invented the holocaust, to justify their actions. Americans still love to shit on the Germans around the clock, even today.

It is as the great Dutch writer Willem Frederik Hermans said, we are living in a sadistic universe.

Hmm, Rockman, did it occur to you that these rednecks could have Mausers too, with which they finish you off before you could become a minor concern? Americans in general love German stuff, like German engineers that put Americans on the moon for them, or Mercedes-Benz cars.

“Uhuh. We are talking about the same guy who in a matter of a few years put entire Germany to work again? That guy?”

And a few years later lead the same entire country to ruin & rubble. He also shot himself and left the enormous task of rebuilding to the survivors – great fucking leadership!

Of course Hitler did not care. If the German people were unable to win the struggle, then so be it. They deserved to lose. He was not out to negotiate and get the best deal possible for the Germany, it was all or nothing. It was the final race war and the German race lost, so by Hitlers own logic they deserved it. Only the strong survive and all that. Hey don’t take my word. Read Mein Kampf. Everyone talks about Hitler, but how many have read Mein Kampf? Same as they are always quoting Adam Smith all the time, but have never read any of his books. These core material books are at the library and some you can get free online, so there is no excuse for not reading them.

“Give me a single piece of evidence that shows that the Germans crossed a single border with the aim of territorial gain.”

September 1st 1939 invasion of Poland. What they were just lost? Passing through? Give us another one of your Nazi false flags.

There is no limit to your delusions clog. Contrary to what most think, conspiracy pushers and over the top history revisionists like you are not dumb people. They are quite intelligent, creative and voracious readers, but still delusional. Intelligent people jamming square pegs into round holes and the dumb ones who are primed for stories gobble it up without question.

    clog, here’s your homework.

Black Earth: The Holocaust as History and Warning

    “Summary

Black Earth offers a “radically new explanation” of the Holocaust.[1] The title is drawn from the fertile black earth of Ukraine, the region where Adolf Hitler planned to replace the population with Germans, giving the German “race” new “living space” (German: Lebensraum).[2] Race, and the idea of the world as a space in which races compete and stronger races replace weaker ones, was, according to Snyder, central to Hitler’s thinking. Hitler, according to Snyder, was not a nationalist.[2] Rather, he saw nationalism and sovereign states as tools, useful to achieving his goal of eliminating government and enabling a pure, natural order in which races struggle and only the strongest survive.[”

    Understanding Hitler’s Anti-Semitism

It wasn’t about German nationalism, the historian Timothy Snyder argues. It was about the whole world.

“..Snyder argues is the underappreciated importance of ecology in Hitler’s worldview.”

“In Black Earth, Hitler’s quest for lebensraum is placed in a global context. Snyder, for example, asserts that Hitler was inspired in part by the wide-open spaces of the American West, quoting the German leader as complaining, “Neither the current living space nor that achieved through the restoration of the borders of 1914 permits us to lead a life comparable to that of the American people.” The book focuses on the integral role that the state and its institutions played in determining the effectiveness of Hitler’s genocide. Where states were destroyed, Jews were murdered; where the state remained intact, Jews could find some protection in bureaucracies and passports. It was in the stateless regions of Eastern Europe where the Nazis were able to experiment with and calibrate the Final Solution, which they then tried to export back west.”

    Timothy Snyder

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timothy_D._Snyder

Snyder is the Richard C. Levin Professor of History at Yale University.

Snyder is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations

Snyder is member of the Committee on Conscience of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

    Let’s cut the crap.

Give me one name and proof of somebody who was gassed in one of the 6 “extermination camps”, that after the war all conveniently ended up behind the iron curtain.

    You can’t, eh?

    No problem mate, nobody can.

In Black Earth, Hitler’s quest for lebensraum is placed in a global context.

There was no “quest for lebensraum”. In the twenties he had indeed ideas to colonize the East, after he realized that Germany could not feed itself, something that had become painfully clear, after the British starved 1 million Germans to death as a result of their food blockade in 1918, in order to force Germany on its knees, in a war that was entirely designed by the British.

Show me a single document that Germany was planning to acquire “Lebensraum” in the East, when they invaded the USSR. The truth is, see Suvorov and meanwhile many others, that in reality it was the USSR that was in a secret state of total mobilization and preparing an attack against Europe. That intention was preempted by the German attack, when the Germans decided not to suffer the first blow. An act btw covered by international law.

If the Germans had not attacked, the USSR would have steamrolled the Germans and the Soviets had conquered entire Europe and we in Holland would have been Bolshevized as well, not just the good folks who happened to live east of Hannover.

Another question, would you not agree that one deserves eternal shame to team up with the Soviets, I mean those folks who murdered tens of millions of their own people, even before the war started?

“Póki swiat swiatem, Polak Niemcowi nie bedzie bratem.” This is a Polish proverb, and translated into English it means: “As long as the world will exist, the Pole will never be the German’s brother.”

The invasion of Poland was in direct response to the ethnic cleansing of the German minority population in Poland. Thousands of German civilians were murdered and those that remained were being rounded-up and sent to live in ghettos. Numerous diplomatic efforts were made by the German government to defuse the ever more dangerous situation the two countries were facing. These efforts were all rejected by Poland.

If as Boat claims the Germans murdered and tortured the Soviets, then why did more than 1.000.000 Russian soldiers desert and join arms with the Germans (add hundreds of thousands more when including Belarusians, Ukrainians, Tartars, Chechens, Cossacks, etc.)?

clog have you turned 73 yet? No matter it’s still over 70 years of bitterness cause your kraut heroes were two time 20th century losers. The rewriting of history and excuse making and obsessive compulsion to tell everyone how you was dun wrong is the curse of the losers. They been doing it the deep south since 1865 when they got their confederate ass whooped. Losing and getting hammered that badly traumatizes the losers and many, like you, adopt a life long “victim identity”. This can and does go on for generations. Just take a look at you. Hell, you were just being born as the fighting was in the last stage and you moan like you were there on the front lines.

Guess what the winners do? Whatever they want and they don’t care about your whining. Most young people don’t know shit about WWII, nor do they care. While you whined every day for 70 plus years, over here they ate steak and drank beer and watched sports and walked around as heroes for stomping Nazi ass.

The US dollar’s days are numbered…

“Dear President Trump: America Is In For A Rude Awakening In January”

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-09-10/dear-president-trump-america-rude-awakening-january

“… on January 1st, 2018, this trend to replace the U.S. dollar will accelerate. That’s when the global elite will implement a major change to the plumbing of our financial system. … It’s a brand-new worldwide banking system called Distributed Ledger Technology. … When this system goes live, many nations will be able to dump the U.S. dollar for SDRs. … The transition from a U.S. dollar system to a new system dominated by SDRs will be messy. Stocks will collapse… and will stay down. There will be no recovery this time, because the U.S. government won’t be able to come to the rescue like they did in 2008.”

    The Great Leveling continues…

The invasion of Poland was in direct response to the ethnic cleansing of the German minority population in Poland.

Finally an American with honesty and historic insight.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNEQbdXzZrw

When the war began, already 100,000 German refugees had arrived in Germany proper. That and nothing else triggered the German invasion. Not the desire to integrate Danzig back in the Reich or the establishment of the Corridor, that could wait.

In 1945 the Poles, with permission of the Allies, ethnically cleansed East-Prussia and other areas from Germans. Up to 2 millions were killed and 12 million displaced in that process. The truth is that the Poles already intended to do that in 1939, because they (erroneously) felt encouraged by the Americans, and the British and French war guarantee, where the British and french were pressured into by the Americans, with only one purpose, to get the war in Europe started.

    http://tinyurl.com/y7uekfts

But the Allies needed an excuse for their European conquest, which (((they))) together had planned all along since 1933 and whereby they had used the Poles as the useful idiot to get the war started.

Interestingly the Russians in 2009, before the Merkel disaster began, were willing to lift a tip of the veil, obviously without implicating their own ghastly role:

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/5445161/Russia-accuses-Poland-of-starting-Second-World-War.html

And it is true: WW2 began with the intended expulsion of the Germans from Poland, not with the Alllied lie that the Germans “started WW2”. It was a pure intervention to come to the aid of their own people. And because the Germans knew this would mean war with Britain and France, they were forced to accept the Soviet invitation of a a Non-Aggression Agreement a week earlier, to at least have their backs cleared in the East, or so they thought.

But just like the Americans, the Soviets also wanted to get the war started in Europe. The Germans were trapped in a war they never wanted.

This Russian admission should scare the hell out of Americans. Because now that 2017-Russia is playing the same role as 1939-Germany, namely being demonized by Washington, that wants to see Russia as part of the empire as well, Russia could be tempted to bring the full truth regarding WW2 out in the open, namely that Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin were in agreement as of the mid-thirties to bring about war in Europe. And Putin could of course tell a thing or two about the alleged “holocaust”. Putin will not go as far yet, because it would be a very difficult sell to his own population, that suffered immensely during the war and because Merkel followed orders from Washington and distanced herself from Moscow. Putin will do Merkel no favors.

But if Putin, after Merkel, will be able to park his XXL country in Europe (“Paris-Berlin-Moscow”), which is what he wants, to find protection against a rising Chinese super power, I think that he is willing to go the last mile and reveil the full truth about WW2. He already went very far by admitting who run the USSR during the first decades:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6p1zxKnDeM

If Russia will be upgraded from being a sad backwater and accepted as a European nation, the Russian population will accept to come to terms with its own history.

As long as the world will exist, the Pole will never be the German’s brother.

    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/851707/Germany-WW2-Poland-reparations-compensation-Angela-Merkel-Nazis

Poland is demanding new war reparations of up to 1 trillion$ as per last week. After they enormous amounts of territory and killed 2 million Germans. All covered by the WW2 lies.

The (((real rulers))) of America busy setting up Romania against Russia. Perhaps Romania can play the same role the Poles played to get yet another war started, organized yet again by the Americans:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tARfpGMDEdI

But in 2017 the American cards are not as good as they were in 1939. It is highly unlikely that they can mobilize Germany and France against Russia. And meanwhile there is a new Chinese kid on the block that will back Russia in case of a war, because they know they would be next after the fall of Russia. And most important of all, the whole world now knows about the strong internal division in the US itself about the future direction of the country: minority white or not.

First time a tragedy, second time a farce.

Guess what the winners do? Whatever they want and they don’t care about your whining.

The winners of today are usually the losers of tomorrow, like in a soccer competition.

clog have you turned 73 yet? No matter it’s still over 70 years of bitterness cause your kraut heroes were two time 20th century losers. The rewriting of history and excuse making and obsessive compulsion to tell everyone how you was dun wrong is the curse of the losers.

No, that will take another decade or so before I turn 73, as you know very well, but compulsive lying is what your self-deified tribe is all about:

Arthur Schopenhauer: “(((they))) are the Grandmaster of the Lie”

    https://www.cwporter.com/schop.htm

No, I am not bitter, as I am not a German, but I nevertheless love turning my knife in your flesh of historic lies, because I sense that your downfall is near. Because everything is going downhill for you, be it Iraq, Ukraine, Syria, Afghanistan, the rise of the internet. And if you think it can’t get any worse than having Trump in the White House, think again. It will get worse. In less then a decade you will have lost your last refuge the US, after you lost the USSR in 1953. In Europe you never had a chance, other than via your American and Soviet proxies after 1945.

The very fact that I can say these things is already a victory over you and a small sign of things to come, when the truth will reveal itself in ever larger concentric circles.

There is a good reason why you are so nihilistic, because instinctively you now what is coming your way.

“The US dollar’s days are numbered…”

Sure, but when and how fast. The IMF doesn’t have a real plan really it is theoretical and currently unworkable. This SDR has been around for years and has gone nowhere. What is the IMF going to do when the Euro, Yuan, Yen, and dollar economies fall together? They are going to be grabbing their asses like everyone else. IMA, you routinely talk down the IMF but now you are agreeing with them because they are telling you what you want to hear. The dollar as the global reserve currency and the petro dollar are in decline, will decline further, and eventually collapse once the global system collapses along with all other economies and currencies. Gold, SDR’s, and cryptocurrencies are not going to replace the global system as an alternative. Currencies alone do not replace productivity. Globalism is a systematic system of capital, labor, and networks that allow tremendous productivity because of global confidence and far flung economies of scale in comparative advantage. The global system can only be de-dollarized so far because the system is brittle to change. No other currency is healthy. No other economy is poised to replace the US. Other economies are filling the gap of US decline but there is no way the US can go away and be replaced. All are in decline. That is what the IMF should be talking about and that discussion is what is post globalism?
