Iraqi provincial elections postponed until 2018

Iraqi provincial elections postponed until 2018 thumbnail

Iraq’s most powerful political parties have agreed to delay provincial elections and hold them along with national parliamentary elections next spring.

The government has not officially announced the postponement of the provincial vote, which it had planned to hold on Sept. 16. But more than a dozen politicians – including members of Parliament and various provincial councils – confirmed that the provincial and national elections will be merged.

    Reasons women are fighting ISIS.

“I conducted a survey of around 150 combatants, both men and women. Many of the women, when you’d ask them why they joined, they would sometimes tell you, ‘Well, it was because of the Islamic State taking over parts of Iraq and Syria.’ And so they were fighting to defend their homelands. And other times they would also very openly say that they joined the militias in order to escape an arranged marriage, or in order to avoid what they described as their own patriarchal culture, which often expected that women would marry at a relatively young age.”

There should be a lot of money out there for arming women by producing weapons specifically for them.

Women will gain experience in the battlefield and become law enforcers and fighters of domestic extremists. They will be the first to kill extremist preachers who hate women.

It’s actually illegal to hate women the way the extremist preachers are doing. They are using the freedom provided by the law in order to gain power and overturn political systems for the establishment of dictatorships. They want to ban women from participating in political process. I kid you not.

This is illegal because intent matters in law.

It’d be more efficient for killing them when they urge their extremist tards to start the killing.

It started with extremist Islamic preachers, it will have to be the same with non-religious extremist preachers.

@sis dear OK I will be more diplomatic in promoting women in war. I will confine my posting to relevant articles only.

I hope you don’t mind this one that I usually included
