Kunstler: In the Dark

The stock market is zooming this morning on the news that only 5.7 million people in Florida will have to do without air conditioning, hot showers, and Keurig mochachinos at dawn’s early light Monday, Sept 11, 2017. I’m mindful that the news cycle right after a hurricane goes kind of blank for a day or more as dazed and confused citizens venture out to assess the damage. For now, there is very little hard information on the Web waves. Does Key West still exist? Hard to tell. We’ll know more this evening.

The one-two punch of Harvey and Irma did afford the folks-in-charge of the nation’s affairs a sly opportunity to get rid of that annoying debt ceiling problem. This is the law that established a limit on how much debt the Federal Reserve could “buy” from the national government. Some of you may be thinking: buy debt? Why would anybody want to buy somebody’s debt? Well, you see, this is securitized debt, i.e. bonds issued by the US Treasury, which pay interest, and so there is the incentive to buy it. Anyway, there used to — back in the days when the real interest rate stayed positive after deducting the percent of running inflation. This is where the situation gets interesting.

The debt ceiling law supposedly set limits on how much bonded debt the government could issue (how much it could borrow) so it wouldn’t go hog wild spending money it didn’t have. Which is exactly what happened despite the debt limit because the “ceiling” got raised about a hundred times though the 20th century into the 21st so that the accumulated debt stands around $20 trillion.

Rational people recognize this $20 trillion for the supernatural scale of obligation it represents, and understand that it will never be paid back, so, what the hell? Why not just drop the pretense, but keep on working this racket of the government borrowing as much money as it wants, and the Federal Reserve creating that money (or “money”) on its computers to infinity. Seems to work so far.

Rational people would also suspect that at some point, something might have to give. For instance, the value of the dollars that the debt is issued in. If the value of dollars goes down, then the real value of the bonds issued in dollars goes down, and as that happens the many various holders of bonds already issued — individuals, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds of foreign countries — will have a strong incentive to dump the bonds as fast as possible. Especially if backstage magic by the Fed and its handmaidens, the “primary dealer” banks, keeps working to suppress the interest rates of these bonds at all costs.

Would the Federal Reserve then vacuum up every bond that others are dumping on the market? They would certainly try. The Bank of Japan has been doing just that with its own government’s bonds to no apparent ill effect, though you kind of wonder what happens when a snake eating its own tail finally reaches its head. What’s left, exactly, after it eats that, too? My own guess would be three words: you go medieval. I mean literally. No more engines, electric lights, central heating….

In this land, we face a situation in which both the value of money and the cost of borrowing money would be, at last, completely detached from reality — reality being the real cost and value of all goods and services exchanged for money. Voila: a king-hell currency crisis and the disruption of trade on the most macro level imaginable. Also, surely, a massive disruption in government services, including social security and medicare, but extending way beyond that. And then we go medieval, too. The mule replaces the Ford F-150. And The New York Times finds something to write about besides Russia and trannies.

The value of money and the cost of borrowing it is about as fundamental as it gets in a so-called advanced economy. You can screw around with a lot of things running a society, but when that goes, you’re flirting seriously with anarchy. In the meantime, we’ll see how the social glue holds things together in those parts of Florida that are entering a preview of medieval attractions in the electrical blackout days ahead.

What kind of people would take advantage of a hurricane to go out and loot their neighbor’s homes and stores?

    Florida—I’m disappointed in you.

At what level do you suppose Kunstler actually understands how the nation debt and the Federal Reserve system?

But he is sure of one thing. Whatever those thingys are or what they do the result will be TEOCAWKI

Kunstler is now an old person that is beginning to suffer from dementia. His writing always contain the same topic. He made a big mistake at 65 year old to buy a house. At his age he should have bought a condo in the city near a grocery store and public transportation. He should now be planning for the day when he won’t able to drive.

Typical human being he is: narcissist, delusional and not capable of slowing down,

Davy, I know that Canadian ‘hate thing’ is floating out on the internet and it comes from one of those junk right wing hater think tanks. Hard core conservatives are paranoid by nature and there are some real bad ones in the US.

Hey, I ain’t taking any credit for what those Canadians have done, just saying. A big majority of them are like that (naive as hell too). Nice people. I met many nice folks when I lived in the US and they were of all colours, faiths (and none) and political leanings, Married one and worked with others. It’s just that large group of rabid ideologists, left & right, but way more of the right, and their overlords who I dislike and think of a scum. See it’s just like your country’s darkest hour, 9/11, the Canadians were there for you guys then and went above and beyond. Just stop it with your imaginary Canadian hate conspiracies. You sound like Joe McCarthy swapping out Canadians for Reds.

Some here hate when someone points out the reasons the Empire is collapsing. Are they diehard “conservatives” or the end result of a lifetime of brainwashing by TPTB? I leave that up to you.

JHK is right on in his observations, as the near future is going to prove. That events do not happen on the timeline he draws, does not mean they are not happening or going to happen. TPTB are doing everything they can to build to a crescendo of a crash to make 1929 look like just being out of pocket money. The Great Leveling.

“The decline from democracy to tyranny is both a natural and inevitable one. That’s not a pleasant thought to have to consider, but it’s a fact, nonetheless. In every case, a democracy will deteriorate as the result of the electorate accepting the loss of freedom in trade for largess from their government. This process may be fascism, socialism, communism, or a basket of “isms,” but tyranny is the inevitable endgame of democracy. Like the destruction of a sandcastle by the incoming tide, it requires time to transpire, but in time, the democracy, like the sandcastle, will be washed away in its entirety.”

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-09-11/sandcastle-decline-democracy-tyranny-inevitable

“Such is life in America today that individuals are being threatened with arrest and carted off to jail for the least hint of noncompliance, homes are being raided by police under the slightest pretext, property is being seized on the slightest hint of suspicious activity, and roadside police stops have devolved into government-sanctioned exercises in humiliation and degradation with a complete disregard for privacy and human dignity.”

  13. Apneaman on Mon, 11th Sep 2017 8:51 pm

mak, there are plenty on the left who live in and spout their own form of denial by pretending we can ‘green’ industrial civ and carry on with the consumer orgy. Most of them at the top and the managerial class are doing quite nicely thank you very much and would have to take a big hit if anything changed to a degree that mattered. Hey, the thing is the left is not denying and will attempt some measures of protection against the inevitable consequences to come.

A managed retreat is about the only choice the humans have left. Trying to reduce suffering is about it.

BUT, this is where cognitive dissonance comes into play yet again and it applies all around.

    Definition of cognitive dissonance

:psychological conflict resulting from incongruous beliefs and attitudes held simultaneously

Using the US as an example – those on the left cannot accept that liquid fuels are not going anywhere and their rabid ideology mandates that there can be no compromise. How are they doing on that btw? Looking at aggregate numbers of FF’s extracted and burned, I’d say they have failed. Coal died from economics. Knocked out by a different fossil fuel with a bump from a few alts. Ideologies and religions are a package deal. If you join the tribe you toe the line or you’re out. They get a little leeway on minor issues, but on the core ones you must support, defend and promote.

Now the cognitive dissonance on the right has obviously manifested itself as the most retarded instance of mass denial in human history, with a big bump from a decades long multi billion dollar PR & think tank denial campaign that worked wonders creating an entire army of amateur denier warriors spreading the lies via the internet. Now they all can see and feel the consequences, but to admit it’s time to prepare the country for more and worse would be to admit they were wrong and that is akin to death for true believers. The result is the country and it’s populous remains unprepared and unprotected. This is how denial destroys lives and eventually the country. It’s like nature has declared war on the US and is dropping bombs and sending AGW jacked amphibious landings to their shore in the form of hurricanes. And they are pretending it’s not happening or dismissing it as hype. What else can they do to protect their beliefs? Same as many liberals believe they can have a similar, greened up, industrial civ without liquid fuels.

For me, I see it as who is going to last longest and suffer the least. Survival of the most adaptable and for humans and their mega complex and powerful societies that means social change too. Evolution is all about change. When the environment changes, those creatures that don’t or can’t tend to die off. You know that long line of dead civilizations behind us? Conditions changed in their world and they refused to adapt and died. If you study the mistakes the overlords made you can see that the current crop of overlords is following the pattern.

Physics, chemistry and biology don’t give a shit about human belief systems.

How crazy is it that the ‘can do spirt’ nation that came up with so many innovations and solutions to many problems now looks as helpless as a baby in the jungle?

  14. makati1 on Mon, 11th Sep 2017 9:21 pm

Ap, it is all about leveling the playing field. TPTB know that the US has to be brought down to allow them to install the ‘One World’ government that they have been working on for at least 100 years. We are just lucky enough (sarcasm) to be at the end of that plan. (and possibly humanities extinction)

The Federal Reserve is laying the foundation for the crash of the financial system and the president is knowingly or not, enabling the end of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. He already has the powers of a dictator since, at least, Bush Jr. It is only a matter of time until there happens, accidentally or otherwise, the opportunity to declare unlimited marshal law.

Some here think I live in a dangerous, low level country, but it was/is my choice. I see what is happening to America and I do not want to be there. The decline is well under way and not near it’s end. The average per capita income is aobut $50K. The world average is about $10K. You can see the distance left to fall until TPTB get their government.

Thanks to Hurricane Irma, the southwest of the state’s electrical grid will need a “wholesale rebuild.”

“All the investment appeared to pay off last year during hurricanes Hermine and Matthew. All the fancy new gear prevented some outages and helped the utility get things back running quickly. The Edison Electric Institute, a utility-industry trade group, gave FPL two awards earlier this year for “Emergency Recovery” and “Emergency Assistance” because of its performance during the 2016 hurricanes.

    “What country is this?”

“A North Carolina public school allegedly strip-searched a 10-year-old boy in search of a $20 bill lost by another student, despite the fact that the boy, J.C., twice told school officials he did not have the missing money. The assistant principal reportedly ordered the fifth grader to disrobe down to his underwear and subjected him to an aggressive strip-search that included rimming the edge of his underwear. The missing money was later found in the school cafeteria.”

“Examples of minor infractions which have resulted in strip searches include: individuals arrested for driving with a noisy muffler, driving with an inoperable headlight, failing to use a turn signal, riding a bicycle without an audible bell, making an improper left turn, and engaging in an antiwar demonstration (the individual searched was a nun, a Sister of Divine Providence for 50 years).”

“As for those endless pictures everyone so cheerfully uploads to Facebook (which has the largest facial recognition database in the world) or anywhere else on the internet, they’re all being accessed by the police, filtered with facial recognition software, uploaded into the government’s mammoth biometrics database and cross-checked against its criminal files. With good reason, civil libertarians fear these databases could “someday be used for monitoring political rallies, sporting events or even busy downtown areas.””

Self-evident lie: “all men are created equal.”  &c.  This feelgood propaganda gave the herd a high-sounding pretext to go to revolutionary war because the Brits wanted to tax their imports of rum.  Whence the USA.

Cometh now Charles Darwin followed by modern evolutionary biology, with a diametrically opposed message.  That message, confirmed a thousandfold by the other branches of natural science, reveals that, before homo sapiens (“wise man”) emerged from the anthropoid ape line, there was no higher form of conscience to even imagine such an abstract concept as “equality.”  And also that evolution perforce creates inequality among humans as elsewhere.  And that 99.9% of all species which have ever existed are now extinct.

Of course, most of sapiens still believes the earth was created only a few thousand years ago, is flat, rests on an infinite stack of turtles, or similar comic-book myths.  And the herd’s (usually scientifically illiterate) politicoes, regardless of their own personal beliefs about cosmogony or anthropogeny, must vigorously assert that they agree with the basest excretions of the mass mind, affirming their governmental outlawry and corruption (see OpenTheBooks.com) to be nothing less than implementations of the moral “values” of the cattle they govern.  Whence come insane, hypocrisy-cloaked social and military policies which lead to exhaustion and disaster.

Since the invention of the modern computer in the first part of the last century, information technology has sucked up virtually all of the logico-mathematically higher IQs on the planet.  And we are only at the beginning of this explosion.  Few seem to recognize the future consequences of this fact.  Today the U.S. precariously maintains its position as king of the planetary hill only because of its legions of genius-level technologists in a great many fields, especially military weapons development.  To keep and gain more of such people, and unbeknownst to the school-averse native-born herd, the Empire has been vacuuming up the intellectual cream of many nations, especially those of east Asia.

But the nations which give birth to these mental elites have caught on to the game, and are rapidly transforming their educational and social systems to advance their own power.  Even trash-filled India is quietly seeking to “modernize” itself through IQ-enhancing eugenics, while it ignores the lower levels of its billion-plus population or even, through neglect, silently encourages them to submit to slavery or commit suicide.

But despite the vacuuming, America itself has decided to die, a decision it made when it committed itself to terminating evolution by destroying Germany in two world wars.  The race which invented modern science and raised life to unparalleled levels has now chosen extinction.  Evolution is too hard.  The pretext this time:  Jesus says thou shouldst kill thyself for others, especially the most retarded and defective sludge.

A minor symptom:  the Yid-owned media, in their “news,” their advertizing, their fecal entertainment shows and other programs, now give prominence to those humanoid faces which resemble the physiognomy of the lowland gorilla — the more closely, the better.  The disheveled appearance (not to mention the grammar and syntax) of the individuals they present is often indistinguishable from that of the denizens of the lawless homeless camps so beloved of the political Left.  Information technologists are derogatorily labeled “nerds” or “geeks,” as though intelligence were something to be despised.  Meanwhile the demographic mainstay of the nation is being subverted by financial idiots savants as well as by Ashkenazim in general and their nihilist onslaught on the White race.  Unfortunately, it would never occur to that mainstay that the reason the Yid pied pipers are able to lead it to destruction is because of Ashkenazi superior intelligence, for which the medieval Catholic Church inadvertently bred the European Jews for a millennium.  (Download the PDF on this at Natural History of Ashkenazi Intelligence by Gregory Cochran, Jason Hardy and Henry Harpending, Department of Anthropology, University of Utah, or behind a paywall at the Journal of Biosocial Science.  An abbreviated summary can be found in an article at IQ And Disease: The Curious Case of the Ashkenazi Jews.  Of course, even to mention this fact publicly would cause the Jews to direct their media organs and paid politicoes to begin attacking the mentioner.)

But the Heebs have no monopoly on intellectual acuity.  It is, for instance, no surprise that a speck on the global map, North Korea, now with ultra-high-tech WMDs, can present a mortal threat to world supremacist Yankeedom and prevent it from regime-changing China’s pet bulldog.  Meanwhile, the DPRK’s twin speck, South Korea, is an economic powerhouse and a source of all kinds of innovations in virtually every realm.  Both Koreas draw on the genetically inborn high intelligence of their common race to achieve their goals.  Ditto other Mongoloid nations such as China and Japan, which have widely differing political systems and goals.  But none of those countries wallows in multiculturism-cloaked genosuicidism, because their cultures have not been terminally sickened by Jewry or Christianity.

Since the self-doomed West is now importing untold millions of ThirdWorld sob stories from abroad, it is a foregone conclusion that its days are numbered.  Its only hope is the one toward which we are inevitably slithering:  despair.

More free NatGas for the humans.

Video shows methane leaking from beneath an Arctic river after spectacular eruption

“Gas bubbles from waters filling crater hole on Yamal peninsula two months after volcanic-style explosion in thawing permafrost.”

“Scientists say it is ‘clean’ methane but they are now analysing whether it comes from deep in the earth or nearer the surface, perhaps through existing fissures and faults.

The Seyakha eruption is the most recent of a series of crater or funnel formations recently noticed in northern Siberia. It was the only one witnessed at close hand by humans. Some 700 sites in the region are reported to be vulnerable to eruptions.

The phenomenon is seen as highlighting the release of greenhouses gases due to thawing permafrost which under relatively recent global warming capped the methane beneath the surface.

A key concern is the impact of such eruptions on industrial facilities including pipelines in the Yamal region, one of the world’s largest natural gas supply locations. ”

    http://siberiantimes.com/other/others/news/video-shows-methane-leaking-from-beneath-an-arctic-river-after-spectacular-eruption/

The ‘key concern’ is for the cancer infrastructure of course. The real concern is to horrible to contemplate.

The answer: Nietzschean “Umwertung aller Werte” (Revaluation of all values).

We should use the coming confrontation with Islam in Europe to finally get rid of Christianity and return to classic values.

For Americans mentally too far away from 19th century Germany, read “Nietzsche for Americans”, that is Robert Pirsig’s Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

Pirsig essentially cannibalized Nietzsche’s work (without source reference) and in line with Nietzsche returned to the pre-Christian era, that is Antiquity.

Really? First of all nobody talks about a “race war” and there is not going to be any. We are nevertheless going to see a war of secession in that Babylon your tribe created:

    http://www.kevinmacdonald.net/immigration.pdf

The war will be more like Alex Jones than Richard Spencer would like to have it. It will be between “constitutionalists” and “globalists”. And the constitutionalists will be eager and will succeed to find a black guy willing to put on a “1776-t-thirt” in front of a camera, for propaganda purposes and as such avoid the “racist” epithet. Because they know that most blacks will be fighting on the side of the globalists. So the constitutionalist army will be implicit white anyway. No worries for Richard Spencer after all.

In Europe you never had a chance and always got your asses kicked:

    https://www.biblebelievers.org.au/expelled.htm

    109 home runs.

But in America (and country of illiterate serfs Russia) there are too many boat types, folks of limited education, intellectual curiosity and ethnic pride, taylor-made commies, total consumers, just like you and your tribe would like to have them for your chosenite One World project, that’s going to fail anyway. You losers got your commie asses kicked in Syria this summer and that is merely a small sign of things to come. Because in the end Eurasian troops will fight on North-American soil to help the constitutionalists carve out a new country for them. Because it will be in Eurasian interest to do so, split up the joint and terminate the…

    …once and for all.

But hey, by all means, keep destroying America for us Europeans, so we don’t have to do it. Keep humiliating white America and make them smaller and more depressed and prepare them for a continental European solution. We will pick up the pieces after it has fallen apart and pave the way for the return of Europe to its natural position. Bach, Mozart and Beethoven beating Johnny Cash. Versailles beating Trump Tower. Rembrandt van Rijn beating Norman Rockwell.

A few skirmishes is all you’ll ever see.

Really? You are just whistling in the dark to expel your fear. Here is your Paul Krugman spilling the beans in 2014 about the true intentions of the US (((deep state))):

    https://www.nrk.no/urix/–amerikansk-politikk-er-galskap-1.11457779

A lot of the craziness comes from cultural/ethnic issues—rural White Americans who feel they are losing their country, and they are right. They are losing their country. In the end, the power they now have will go away, but it’s a very difficult and dangerous time until then. The future is represented by Mayor Bill DeBlasio of New York, “but Ted Cruz of Texas is still out there.”

There you have it, Paul Krugman wants to destroy white America.

That was 2014 and two years later the US deep state lost the presidency, not to Ted Cruz, but worse (from your perspective) to Donald J. Trump.

“Dangerous times” indeed for your tribe. Krugman knows very well he is playing with fire.

You think that white America (“losers” in your words) will roll over and die, by becoming a demoralized minority in their former own lands. Intentionally destroyed through mass immigration since 1965 by your tribe.

I would not bet on it. And remember, in Europe and Russia there are quite a few with scores to settle.

Continental Europeans showed up in America in 1776 to defeat the British and prepare for the only truly independent century European America ever had in its 5 centuries of existence. It was a good century. After that Americans showed up in Europe twice on behalf of Jewish interests (WW1 for Palestine and WW2 to colonize Europe, piggy-backing on the USSR).

So just for balances sake, it is now time for Europe to return to America, would you not agree?

    [part 2]

  33. makati1 on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 4:22 am

Davy, maybe there is little news because there is little happening that is news worthy and that is a very good thing. The less attention focused on the PS, the better for Filipinos and others who live here. Today only negatives make the news. I live in a positive country. Something the US no longer is, or ever will be again. It is still a free country with real laws and a government that still makes its citizen the top priority. You cannot say that about the Fascist Police State called “America”.

  34. makati1 on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 4:29 am

Davy, there you go again about Asia. You better look in your own backyard. Climate change is killing off food crops all over the US. When oil goes, so goes most of America’s food supply. It is totally dependent on a system that requires oil at every step from planting to the grocery shelves. Not so here, or in much of Asia.

You “fixed” nothing. You only spouted more Davy bullshit. You stated what you WANT to happen, not what will happen. The death toll will be a higher percentage of Americans than Asians. Can YOU live on a bowl of rice and a bit of fish? They can and so can I if the time comes. I could lose about 10 kilos. LOL

“But in America (and country of illiterate serfs Russia) there are too many boat types, folks of limited education, intellectual curiosity and ethnic pride, taylor-made commies, total consumers”

Give me a friggen break and Eurotard land does not have the illiterate serfs. Even if these godlike Euro’s you claim to have are above serfs look at the culture they have created and we can see it is coming apart. Sorry clog not buying your “we are better than you” because we are so educated. I know plenty of Europeans and yea some are smart but none are clog style gods. You spend too much time in your fantasy world of alternative web sites with history revisions with fantasy futures. You like the dumbass from the P’s cherry pick your facts from a wealth of data on how bad the US is. No other country is under a microscope like the US from both within and without. So many people hate the US that the resulting picture of the place is completely distorted in relation to the rest of the world. If this country were really as extremely bad as the anti-Americans say it is it would completely shut down. There is always a stupid excuse why it doesn’t shut down. According to our resident anti-Americantards the world will enter a golden age of plenty, peace, and happiness once America the Sodom and Gomorrah is gone. Pleeeese, spare me the fairytales. You may get out on your occasional Euro junkets but you are not an American expert. There are plenty of serfs in the US but I have seen the same serfs in Eurotard land.

  36. Davy on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 4:45 am

OR maybe you are just pulling dumb out of your ass in pursuit of your rhetoric of anti-Americanism for your own personal motives. The P’s are a mess and one need only look at the amount of people in such a small fragile place. It has a population 16 times that of my insignificant state and a little less the twice the space but roughly the same GDP. That tells me something is not right. The P’s are not significant and you are trying to say that makes them significant. Sounds like some kind of goofy rationalization to fit your personal motives. You have been promoting your special “little” place for year’s way out of proportion to its real significance. You are board lint and something that needs to be wipe clean.

  37. Davy on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 4:53 am

I am looking in my own backyard makat. It is you that are saying everything is wrong here and you are fine and I am telling you that you are fill of shit. You are an old man who is losing his faculties and your constant daily broadcasting of anti-Americanism is a sign of a poor mental state. Sure I can live on a bowl of rice and a bit of fish for a while. Can you and can your godlike Asians very long? No, makat, there is a basic of nutrition and on both sides of the Pacific people. People on both sides are not getting those basics. Many Americans are obese because they are not getting the basics of good nutrition. It works both ways. Please don’t tell me there is something magical about your godlike P’s people. They are getting fat too makat. I know a few who are chubby. They die the same way Americans do. BTW, makat, I fast twice a week. I go a full 24 hours one period and the next a few days later for 36. I have been doing this for 10 years now. When is the last time your dumbass went more than one meal?

“All Food Is Gone! Violence Erupts On Caribbean Island Of St. Martin”
    http://tinyurl.com/ycfztfxm

“The people obviously started with the grocery stores, scavenging what they needed for sustenance; water, crackers, and fruit. But according to the New York Times, by nightfall on Thursday, what had been a search for food took a more menacing turn, as groups of people (some of whom were armed), swooped in and violently took anything of value that was left. Things like electronics, appliances, and vehicles were all stolen. The social fabric has begun to fray now that people are without the most basic of essentials: food and water. “All the food is gone now,” Jacques Charbonnier, a 63-year-old resident of St. Martin, said in an interview on Sunday. “People are fighting in the streets for what is left.” Residents of St. Martin, and elsewhere in the region, spoke about a general disintegration of law and order as survivors struggled in the face of severe food and water shortages, and the absence of electricity and phone service. ”

  39. makati1 on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 5:57 am

Ah Davy, you are so full of that ‘Made in America’ propaganda that you have no brain cells that are not infected. Too bad.

As for the Ps, you only know what you read and what you read is mostly propaganda. But then, you cannot distinguish that from reality because you have been sucking it up all your life. You are addicted and may not realize it. You don’t want to think that there are better places to live in this world because you are stuck where you are. You made your decision. I made mine and, in almost 10 years, have not regretted it. Nor do I see any reason to do so in the future.

Do you think I do not see the problems that Asia faces? But they are not new ones. They are the same ones that Asians have been dealing with for centuries. They, and I, will survive, whereas, the US will not because Americans do not know how to live on a bowl of rice and in a bamboo hut.

Oh, my bad! Millions of Americans are learning because they have lost everything and cannot get work because the empire is collapsing. They don’t know how to cope so they turn to drugs. Even those who have a life are turning to opiates because they are deep in debt and stressed to the breaking point. Suicides are going up. Drug ODs are going up. Debt is going up. Obesity from a poverty diet and/or stress is going up. The “exceptional” country is finding out that it is not very “exceptional” at all.

  40. Davy on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 6:29 am

Stupid makat, you can whine all you like how I am screwed and you are safe but that extreme is just not true. We are both likely screwed that is my message not your condescending one of I am screwed and you are safe. There is nothing special about Asians and horrible about Americans in general. We can single out poor examples on both continents. Numbers and real knowledge don’t lie. I am not saying your cherry picked facts are wrong they are just extreme examples of a continental size country and 330MIL people. Sure you can find some weirdos with those numbers. Saying all are like that is just an agenda of hate. You go on and on with this and that horribleness with endlessly talk that is little more a broken record of a personality disorder. You are a fruit cake old man with serious issues. Your story is too good to be true for you and horribly bad for me. That just does not add up makat. You are living a lie and you are a fraud.

  41. MASTERMIND on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 2:08 pm

Davy the reason why makati1 hates America so much is most likely due to the way his wife left him here and how his family judge him now. He obviously had some sort of mental breakdown. And fled the country.

  42. Davy on Tue, 12th Sep 2017 3:17 pm

The IPCC models also do not include ocean biochemistry feedbacks. So global emissions of CH4 from increasingly anoxic ocean regions are totally ignored. The scale of these emissions is not trivial and will progressively dominate the warming process. Thousands of years of ocean anoxia and most of the tropics too hot for humans to inhabit is the looming nightmare.”
