Maybe the complex protocols advanced by ASPO and others are too much for some oil producers.
So how about this?
Concerning all oil producers:
If you have seismic data which supports your current reserve claims please make these publicly available. If you do not have supporting seismic data, don't respond.
I suspect that this protocol will never be met voluntarily.
To me, this is single most important issue, eclipsing all others.
