Justice avenges wrongs perpetrated against people by other people. When there exists justice in a society, there is an effective deterrent against crime.

Freedom protects us from government tyranny.

Those two things depend a few preconditions:

* That a population be inherently intelligent -- above a threshold average IQ level or reasoning ability.

* That a population exhibits enlightened self-interest (believes that to help one's neighbor is to help oneself) and has a future-oriented time horizon (willing to sacrifice today for greater reward tomorrow.)

* That a population has an average personality which leans towards integrity, reserve, and discipline -- NOT prone to impulsiveness, violence or degeneracy.


For those reasons, you will basically only find anything remotely approaching justice or freedom in White countries (and some East Asian.)
