Help with Singature: Checking the singature of mine that is showing the code instead of doin' in italics... Yep, doesn't work according to the signature option in Your Info.
"(255 characters max. Type your signature with HTML coding)" Help, what's up with that?

Checking... nope.

Other suggestion? At the last resort, it's gonna be plain ol' text...?

You're using square brackets instead of the carrots. Those don't function for tags in HTML. Try these instead: <>. Also, try not using caps for the 'i's.

Ok. There's the conclusion, you're a light sweeter which you got that feature.

Thanks anyway, I think.

Can't change my signature for some reason...

Unread postby jdmartin » Tue 18 Mar 2008, 00:25:26

I've never had this problem before.

I can't change my signature. I delete what's there, and try to post something new, and save it, and it's back to the old signature. I tried deleting cookies, signing off, clearing cache, everything - the old signature won't let go!

Any ideas?

HELP!!!! Cannot change my signature!!!

Unread postby jdmartin » Thu 24 Apr 2008, 10:30:39

Someone, mod, administrator, anyone! I cannot get rid of my signature. I've tried logging off/logging on, deleting it with nothing in there, using different browsers, different computers. Nothing will work - I can't get my signature replaced.

Anyone with ideas??? Every time I delete it, save changes and go back and look, it's come back. Even using a different computer. I've never had this problem before, always was able to change signatures.

 Nice addition

Well I wanted this:

After fueling up their cars, Twyman says they bowed their heads and asked God for cheaper gas.
There was no immediate answer, but he says other motorists joined in and the service station owner didn't run them off.

But mostly I'd like to be able to change it as I like...used to be able to, all of a sudden can't get it done. I tried deleting cookies, passwords, everything. It just won't take...what am I doing wrong?

OK, well I've found that I can't change anything that's typed in any box. I tried changing my e-mail address & it won't take. I can change the little drop boxes (ie don't show signature) but can't change anything that needs to be typed in. And it also appears my avatar just left the building...

PS: Thanks for replacing the "village idiot" label  No need for me to advertise it, I think it can be obvious enough on its own
