Malicious cookies coming from PO.com

Unread postby SeaGypsy » Sat 12 Dec 2009, 12:06:48

I'm unsure if anyone else is having this problem? Being a little savvy, I have worked out how to gey past these viral cookies. The effect is either I can't post or some pages won't open. They seem to be getting cleverer, this time the onle way through was via a proxy. Is this an internal problem with malicious persons in power on the site or something being planted externally?

I'm watching. I had to do a work around to get in just now.

Thanx for your work, SG

I will notify the appropriate parties to check on this. Thank you for the heads-up, SG.

Thanks SG & mcgowanjm - I am not seeing / getting any Malicious cookies.
Could you please let me know the name of the cookie and the Malicious code?

Just did a deep scan immediately after logging on and booting PO.com. No other application running. No cookies detected.
