Fast enough for ya now?

So, what was the upgrade? More RAM for the server; new instruction set? Whatever it was, it DEFINITELY did the trick.

Since I am in IT.... What are you running now? Hardware and software? Cluster? VMWare enviro?

Answer only the ones you feel comfortable answering. :-D Some of us wear pretty sizable tin foil hats around here.

When I read "upgrade complete" I thought of StarCraft.

I can't wait for SC2. :)

Thanks for all your work!

Thanks, Guys!

Just in time mayhap....

2 quad core 266 ghz fedora boxes.

1 for the database 1 for the server and files.

Sorry for the brevity... On my Blackberry.

Noticed some date/time issues before too, but it seems to be fixed now.

Aaron,

When you're back at a real machine, what were we running on before?

Have you thought about putting up the donation basket again? I'd like to donate to support the new hardware, maybe some of the new folks would be willing to help too.

Thanks for your hard work! I hope the change is as satisfying for you as it is fun for us! :-D

Am I the only one who thinks Aaron is privy to some insider information that we peons can't access?

Upgrade the server one day, oil up biggest one-day increase ($11) ever the next day?

Coincidence??
