If the economy stays down / gets worse maybe but I think we'll be staying about where we are for a bit 35 to 45

If the economy keeps contracting, which it seems to be doing, I don't see why it wouldn't decrease further. Also, they're going to start running out of places to store crude, so more will go on the market.
