NOG is short for The Network Oil and Gas, and they have posted a report on one of their seminars. It's fun reading because there are many different opinions like:

The outlook for Non-OPEC production could peak around 2008 – 2012 at around 52,4 mbpd.

and

8. “Peak oil” remains out of sight.
