That is clearly a Syrian Su-22 which is no longer operated by the Russian air force. It is not a Su-24 or any of the later models. The Islamic State (ISIL) has had a rough 24 hours in the Deir Ezzor Governorate, as Russian jets hunt down their forces near the provincial capital.

Iraq's prime minister has formally declared victory over so-called Islamic State (IS) in the city of Mosul.
Haider al-Abadi made the announcement at the operations room of the Counter-Terrorism Service, his office said.
He arrived in Mosul on Sunday, but had to delay making a declaration until a tiny pocket of resistance was cleared.
The battle for Mosul has taken almost nine months, left large areas in ruins, killed thousands of civilians and displaced more than 920,000 others.
Commanders from the US-led coalition that has provided air and ground support to Iraqi forces said the urban combat had been most intense since World War Two.
