CIPS has launched.

CIPS is the renminbi equivalent service to our Western SWIFT payment clearing system.

So despite the imminent meltdown of China; things keep proceeding as planned. They are going to have to learn to accept that the market should dictate; and that they should focus their law efforts not on restricting the market, but making it transparent and quick (and brutal) to punish fraud, and other deceptive practices. It'd be awesome to see a country where a fraud perpetrating financier gets walked out the back of the courtroom and a bullet put in its head.

Free the Renminbi!!!!

Tenth, economic turmoil accompanied by ideological indoctrination and purges in the political field. It is clear that all this is the society served with sauce "fight against corruption", and, generally speaking, in China, in this sense, there is something to fight. The point, however, that within the framework of this struggle, the current head of Xi Jinping holds sweep the political field of persons, potentially dangerous for himself and his clan. So, six weeks ago, he went to a very serious move against the former head of the Communist Party (as well as the head of China's two generations earlier), his main rival Jiang Zemin: it was reported that Jiang and his two sons brought under control, which means that freedom their movements temporarily restricted. Moreover, Zeng Qinghong, an influential supporter of Jiang, has also been restricted in movements. It is evident that C acts consistently, grabbing more and more big fish: first was Bo Xilai, then the Luo Gan and Zhou Yongkang, is now personally Jiang Zemin. It can be noted from the former monolithic Chinese elite was gone.

USN intends to sail within 12nm of Chinese claimed islands.

http://english.cntv.cn/2015/10/09/VIDE1 ... 5234.shtml

prediction: China announces beginning of carrier operations against Syrian opposition forces and begins work at Tartus to expand the port to accommodate future Chinese super-carriers. Its actually really not too soon to start such work, if they intend to put a super carrier in the water by 2030, it and its battlegroup will need a global support chain already in place and fully operational. Tartus, supplied by Russian and Chinese shipping would be ideal.

And again how swapping blood for oil doesn't necessarily payoff. At least not for the US: Reuters – BP Plc and China's CNPC will next week unveil a strategic alliance to develop oil resources in Iraq and other regions. The deal, one of several high profile deals to be signed during a visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to London, will aim to bolster cooperation between the two companies in Iraq, where they are developing the giant Rumaila oilfield. Rumaila, in southern Iraq, is the world's second largest oilfield and produced 1.34 million barrels per day in 2014, according to BP's website. The two companies will also seek to expand into new joint ventures in other parts of the world.
