For a second there Oily when I saw which thread had been updated I thought maybe someone had found another few odd hundred BILLIONS of barrels floating around the joint. So now they are converting those impossible resources into production are they? Couple more annoucements like this and Saudi Arabia won't be in the cat bird seat no mo'. Unless the Canadians beat them to it.
