Venezuela Plans To Lift Oil Output By 300,000 Barrels A Day

[...]

Chavez also said there would be another big increase in oil output in 2014, presumably when several new drilling projects in the heavy-crude Orinoco region are expected to be fully online.

The government has said it expects oil output to reach 4.15 million barrels a day in 2015.
Stuff for doomers to contemplate:

For a second there Oily when I saw which thread had been updated I thought maybe someone had found another few odd hundred BILLIONS of barrels floating around the joint. So now they are converting those impossible resources into production are they? Couple more annoucements like this and Saudi Arabia won't be in the cat bird seat no mo'. Unless the Canadians beat them to it.
