while OPEC can make some serious dents in the world's oil supply, what is the minimum amount of oil that these nations need to export in order to survive in the economic sense of the word? i know that the answer depends on the country so lets use Saudi Arabia as a starting point.

I think the Saudis said they needed oil at around $50-60 to support internal social services.
