Deepwater Horizon is a great film for understanding some of what you guys are talking about. They talk about the mud quite a bit, and the decisions that are made seem to be in keeping with the way you guys say it works.

Plus, it's nonstop action for about an hour of it, so it's fun whatever people think.

Well worth a viewing, now that it's out on DVD.
