He advised them on the consitutional negotiations that allows the Kurds to retain a significant part of the oil wealth, now it turns out he is being paid by a Norwegian company that got contracts in Kurdistan.

It might take a while, but Condi is bound to be involved. After Cheney, she is probably one of the dirtiest characters in DC, especially when oil is involved.
