40% of Countries in the World to Experience Civil Unrest in 2020

Public Policy

Nearly 40% of countries across the globe will see some form of civil unrest or riots in 2020, according to a new study.

Political analyst firm Verisk Maplecroft predicts that 75 out of the world’s 195 countries will see some form of social disorder this year.

That’s an increase on the 47 countries, about a quarter of the world’s total, that saw civil unrest in 2019.

The report predicts that the intensity of unrest is likely to be higher than 2019 due to the danger of protesters being on the receiving end of human rights abuses by authorities.

The study names major countries such as Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Thailand and Brazil that are all likely to experience major social disorder.

It also warns corporations that they will be seen to be siding with authoritarianism unless they act responsibly in the affected countries.

“Companies are at substantial danger of complicity if they employ state or private security forces that perpetrate violations,” states the report.

As we previously highlighted, the end of globalization may bring with it a tumultuous decade that causes commodities like precious metals and real estate to soar.

Been watching the Yellow Vests in Paris but that’s tame compared to what’s transpiring in Lebanon. The pie is getting smaller as more hungry try to grab a spot at the table.

    Way more unrest to come!

Spot on Siss. Beneath the radar of officialdom, people are gradually getting poorer. Inequality is increasing. Disposable spending power (after tax) has degraded for most people in the western world since 2000. And they are very pissed off. In some countries, like Cloggies Netherlands, the bulk of the decline has come from government stealing an increasing share of the pie. In most of the rest of Europe and US, the problem is that the pie itself is stagnant or shrinking and an increasing share of what’s left goes to fewer and fewer people.

An angry mob is one thing, a hungry mob is a completely different animal.

Interesting that Amerika is not on that list. I read this yesterday and noticed that obvious ‘slip’ by the authors. AH! Infowars! THAT is the reason!

If you want to see the map excluding Amerika, go here:

Maybe the Amerikan sheeple are too dumbed down, drugged up, lazy, and brainwashed/controlled to protest? We shall see. Pass the San Mig. ^_^

Mak, you better bring your cloths in because the air is full of ash from a Volcano real close to you.

Huge Philippines Volcano Blasts Ash 9 Miles

The Taal volcano eruption in the Philippines this week sent ash plumes 9 miles (14 kilometers) into the air, new satellite imagery shows.

Located on Luzon Island, the Taal volcano began to erupt around 5:30 p.m. local time on Sunday, Jan. 12 (4:30 a.m. EST, 0930 GMT), according to a statement from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Satellites operated by Japan, NASA and the NOAA captured views of the volcano from space, revealing the widespread ash and smoke that spread across the island and surrounding areas in the aftermath of the eruption.

As I said before: Davy, you can play JuanP, but he would not be so arrogant and full of bullshit as you want him to be. You hold the winning trophy in those areas by far.

He is intelligent and mature, things you are not. LOL.

  10. makati1 on Sat, 18th Jan 2020 6:35 pm

JuanP, no ash where I live. The air comes in over the Pacific this time of year, not from the south west where Taal is located. We got a barely noticeable bit of ash the day it happened, but not since. Not even enough to see, other than by close inspection. It has rained many times since the eruption so the air is clean. No problems for me. A sunny Sunday morning here.

  11. JuanP on Sat, 18th Jan 2020 6:36 pm

Mak, you are a liar. Check out the article and the pic of the eruption. It is right over where you live. That has to suck.

  12. makati1 on Sat, 18th Jan 2020 6:37 pm

BTW: I would not call 60+ miles, and a mountain range between, “close”. Thanks for the concern.

  13. JuanP on Sat, 18th Jan 2020 6:40 pm

Mak, 60 miles is nothing for a volcano. I can tell you never studied geology

  15. makati1 on Sat, 18th Jan 2020 6:49 pm

JuanP/Davy, you have no idea where I live. Besides, I live here and do not require “news” to tell me what is outside my front door.

Amerikans rely on their police state “news” to tell them when to shit and how much and where. Other people have independence and not faux “freedom”.

Taal may be a problem for the rich people who built their homes there but not me.

Yep, English and Soviets celebrating the victory over the core strength of the white race, the Germans, the sort of people able to put a man on the moon:

If you sick enough Soviet, American and British Lilliputians against Gulliver, the latter will be defeated:

    https://tinyurl.com/wv8pvhu

The little guys won, all organized by Big Jew, that is mobster’s tribe, quietly enabled and supported by the dense, bubble-gum popping shallow davy-types, who could begin to plan for the multicultural, diverse demolition of the white race, shouting “rrrrracism!” and “natzi!”at every opportunity.

But that was 1945, this is now.

    – By 2021 EU-UK hostility will be rampant over no deal Brexit.
    – Iran (and probably Turkey) will be waiting for an opportunity to overthrow KSA, the last significant hold-out of the US empire in the ME
    – China will use the first signs of economic stagnation to stop avoiding rocking the boat of economic expansion and resort to plan B, throwing the US out of Asia.
    – IMF 2019 GDP PPP: China 27T, EU 22.5T, US 21T, Russia 4T. Without reserve currency US has a real productive GDP of merely 14T, although still posturing as a global overlord, in reality inviting to be kicked in the teeth by Eurasia. And than there is the Reps-Dems standoff (rich CW2 potential)

US soldiers won’t be sitting in the Kremlin. Expect Eurasian troops providing weapons to US white nationalists and eventually enter North-America, deep into CW2 and defeat ZOG.

Rather than Churchill sitting on Dolfie’s chair in Berlin, or Meghan Markle-2024 on Putin’s chair in the Kremlin, expect the mayor’s of Dresden and Hiroshima to ritually push the button that will detonate a mini-nuke over an evacuated Washington and destroy all the ZOG-buildings, like Capitol Hill, the WH, the Pentagon and most of all the Federal Reserve, forcing white America to reinvent itself (spoiler: as white America) and build a new capital in the middle of the Heartland, while Chinese troops have a good time in unprotected Down Under.

Exit Anglo-Zionism from history. Khazars will be parked next to their fellow mid-Eurasian tribes the Huns and the Mongols in Madame Tussaud’s horror cabinet of history.

I have looked for that proof for years, I visited Auschwitz and three more camps in Eastern Poland. There is no proof. It is just despicable Alllied propaganda to justify the Anglo-Soviet conquest of Europe, as planned for as of 1933.

    “Don’t care about gas chambers”

Of course not, you recognize a propagandistic train-wreck when you see one and you are smart enough to refuse to defend it and so does mobster. But that holohoax propaganda tool is still used by the Anglo-Zionist empire around the clock to keep fooling the rubes. So yes, I “care” about it.

“Natzi’s were not victims, cloggo and that is what you are preaching.”

    They were.

Both in WW1 and WW2 the Germans were set up for war.

The first time by British masterminds, that refused to honor German alliance offers and opted for British supremacism instead, using the good services of French and Russian and later American useful idiots, the second time by jewish masterminds.

“BTW, I routinely put MOB on notice of his bullshit anti-White racism.”

Hahaha, you haven’t done that ONCE. You hate third world immigration indeed and for that reason even voted for Trump, but in the end of the day you will remain loyal to ZOG-objectives, until the ground will get so hot under your feet that you will flee to Italian white safety, with your tail between your legs. Because you will never fight for anything. You’re a fair weather imperialist.lol. Or as Pat Buchanan once famously put it: “Americans are lousy imperialists”. Exactly right.

“He is as racist as you are cloggo and that is why he is your mortal enemy.”

Huh, we are alike and hence mortal enemies. Flawed logic from the Ozarks.

I do indeed care about preservation of white civilization, among other civilizations and willing to defend it, if necessary with arms.

Mobster is a closet jewish supremacist, who pretends to be anti-racist, so he can use third world immigration as a weapon to destroy white civilization, in a similar fashion as his tribe used Christianity to destroy the mighty Roman empire and bolshevism to destroy Czarist Russia. And now they will succeed in destroying America-in-its-present-shape (but not PBM-Europe) with multicult-diversity.

That’s OK. We’ll pick up the useful US pieces after CW2.

Bullshit, cloggo, and your long winded bullshit explanations are something crafted and regurgitated as you have done for years now. Are you pandering to your fantasy following? LOL. Cloggo, neither side were victims. I am ashamed of the immense destruction wrought on German cities. I live over there for a time and walk through the reconstructed walls and churches. But don’t try to claim the Natzies didn’t deserve some of it because they participated in it also. You are a complete lie. Your whole friggin life is a lie and you live it daily and passionately. You are a scourge on this forum by being a magnet for racist hateful people. You revise history into lies that fit your hurt pride. You and makato are one in that regard.

This article may point to a force of CO2 reduction coming in the future with a collapse of modern civilization. Let’s say we have population draw down of 50% – 75% we may see an explosion of plant life scrubbing CO2 out of the atmosphere. If man could organize better, we could consciously make this population decline by our own accord with much less pain and suffering but that is wishful thinking.

“Earth system impacts of the European arrival and Great Dying in the Americas after 1492”
    https://tinyurl.com/yceyeqbj science direct
    https://tinyurl.com/rahkafb PDF

“We estimate that 55 million indigenous people died following the European conquest of the Americas beginning in 1492. This led to the abandonment and secondary succession of 56 million hectares of land. We calculate that this led to an additional 7.4 Pg C being removed from the atmosphere and stored on the land surface in the 1500s. This was a change from the 1400s of 9.9 Pg C (5 ppm CO2). Including feedback processes this contributed between 47% and 67% of the 15–22 Pg C (7–10 ppm CO2) decline in atmospheric CO2 between 1520 CE and 1610 CE seen in Antarctic ice core records. These changes show that the Great Dying of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas is necessary for a parsimonious explanation of the anomalous decrease in atmospheric CO2 at that time and the resulting decline in global surface air temperatures. These changes show that human actions had global impacts on the Earth system in the centuries prior to the Industrial Revolution. Our results also show that this aspect of the Columbian Exchange – the globalisation of diseases – had global impacts on the Earth system, key evidence in the calls for the drop in atmospheric CO2 at 1610 CE to mark the onset of the Anthropocene epoch (Lewis and Maslin, 2015, 2018). We conclude that the Great Dying of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas led to the abandonment of enough cleared land in the Americas that the resulting terrestrial carbon uptake had a detectable impact on both atmospheric CO2 and global surface air temperatures in the two centuries prior to the Industrial Revolution.”

“Cloggo, neither side were victims. I am ashamed of the immense destruction wrought on German cities.”

    Oh, backtracking are we?

The real questions is: who wanted this war?

    Hint, global GDP distribution 1941

    USA 29%
    USSR 13%
    British empire 11%
    France 5%

58% (and then there is Poland, smaller non-neutral countries like Norway, Holland and Belgium, Yugoslavia, Greece)

    Germany 11%
    Italy 5%
    Japan 5%

    21%

    (+ tiny Finland, Romania, Hungary)
    Questions?

What did Germany want? Conquer the world? Nope, they wanted to retake German territories only stolen from them in Versailles

Chamberlain-Britain and France didn’t want war either, because they knew they could not afford another war, even more destructive than WW1. Hence after the enforced British-French war declaration of September 3, 1939, Germany, France and UK refused to fight for 8 months (“Phoney War”), because none of them had any appetite for war.

    So who DID want WW2?

American public? No. “America First”. “Let the Europeans fight among themselves, this is not our war”, fair enough.

    So who DID want WW2?

    Roosevelt government
    Stalin government
    British war party around Churchill
    Poland

    Dang!

Poland had come into being after Versailles and wanted to ethnically cleanse Poland from Germans, who had lived in their territories for centuries. What Poland finally did in 1945, killing millions of Germans and driving out even more millions, they already had began to do in 1939. Why? Because they were quietly encouraged by the Americans, who knew that they could set Europe on fire using the Poles as useful idiots, after they had pressured Britain and France into the essential Polish-war guarantee first. The guy most responsible for that diplomatic achievement was the kike William Bullitt, US ambassador to France, the single most important architect of WW2 and right-hand man of Roosevelt (it is more accurate to describe Roosevelt as the left-hand man of Bullitt and his tribe). Days after Chamberlain was pushed into signing the war-guarantee, under pressure of kiken US globalist media, systematically demonizing Germany, Bullitt could gloat about the upcoming destruction of Germany to a friend, not realizing that 80 years later there would be such anti-semitic thing like the internet, exposing these kind of things:

    https://documents1940.wordpress.com/2017/09/25/bullitt-reveals-in-april-1939-that-war-has-been-decided-upon/

“Bullitt Reveals in April 1939 That “War Has Been Decided Upon””

Of course, this won’t be stressed too much by the NY-Times. Fortunately we have WordPress around to remind us of real history, regardless of how much the Great Thinker from the Ozarks protests against the legitimacy of WordPress.lol… because he doesn’t like to see these facts exposed too much. Cuz, you see, facts are anti-American, can’t have that.

So tell me empire dave, what is it you don’t understand about the Germans being the victims, both in WW1 and WW2?

    Well?

And then there is the story of Churchill having many secret meetings with the jewish-Soviet ambassador to the UK Maisky…

    https://documents1940.wordpress.com/2017/09/27/churchill-stalin-alliance-as-of-1934/

The truth is that Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin already had a secret understanding by 1934 about who would be on whose side in the upcoming war, that would destroy the European world, including the British empire and replace it by the rule of the jews.

Well not entirely. After WW2 Stalin completed to removal of jews from the Soviet power-structure and refused to cooperate with Roosevelt’s “convergence of systems”, the only reason why the Cold War came about.

“Australia has always been a dry continent where fire has played an important ecological role. But the latest massive conflagrations there are evidence that a hotter climate has thrust Australia into a new normal where fires will keep burning on an unprecedented scale…Australia is among the countries most exposed to the gathering pace of planet-wide warming. Last year, Australia experienced its highest recorded temperatures, 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) above the late 20th century average, and 2 degrees C (3.6 degrees F) above the early 20th century average — twice the global increase. The year also saw the six hottest days ever recorded in Australia, maxing out at 49.9 degrees C, or 122 degrees F. Higher temperatures are ensuring that vegetation dries out faster and further in droughts, creating extreme fire risk. And the droughts have come. Australia’s average rainfall in 2019, at 10.9 inches, was 40 percent below the late 20th century average and 12 percent below the previous lowest.”

“In recent years, scientists have documented countless species shifting their ranges toward the poles, higher into the mountains, and deeper into the seas in response to the changing climate. Deciduous shrubs of willow, birch, and alder have spread into the low Arctic tundra. Brightly colored tropical parrotfish and rabbitfish have arrived in the temperate kelp forests of the eastern Mediterranean. Elkhorn corals from the Caribbean now sprout in thickets off the coast of Galveston, Texas. The trend is expected to continue as the climate crisis deepens, with species that societies rely upon for a wide range of economic, cultural, and recreational value shifting their ranges to survive. “The entire trajectory of natural capital, from aesthetic to economic,” says University of Florida wildlife ecologist Brett Scheffers, “is going to be moving.”

Others anticipate a feat of technical ingenuity that will catapult us out of our current crisis.”

  39. REAL Green on Sun, 19th Jan 2020 7:43 am

REAL Green says be honest about what is happening with the planet and then place human civilization within these changes. If you do this honestly then you realize systematically, we can’t keep doing what we are doing. Globalism with its high intensity value chains spanning the world will come apart. We don’t know how quickly but they will break down and with that much of our really potent complexity. This potent complexity is what techno-optimist (FAKE Greens) are banking on to see us through this existential crisis. This is going to be a major fail but it sure has the sheeple feeling safe…so far.

Instead REAL Green says begin the process of downsizing both psychologically and materially. This will be both because we will have to inhabit our locals with different equipment and lifestyle changes as well. This new stuff will be old stuff put back into use. We have the wonderful opportunity to leverage this decline by applying the best of what we have come to know in the height of the Anthropocene and apply this to the old ways of low carbon collection and the simple way of life. We currently have great tools and knowledge to turbo charge the old ways get them now while they last.

The biggest problem now is the psychological side that will require people to realize failure and destructive change. Currently people have no interest in changing or admitting the end of the status quo is near. It is only by doing radical phycological changes that we can triage out lifestyles and stuff that get in the way of this reorganization of the way we live. We as a species need to clear the dead wood out and hunker down for difficult changes ahead. These changes will be planetary and systematic with the unraveling of human civilization. It is important to realize this is twofold. Not only will the planet change but so to will our civilization and how it goes about survival.

This will involve abandonment, dysfunction, and the irrationals of behavior but it can also involve constructive changes with proper wisdom. We can adapt and mitigate this drop to a new level of activity with proper wisdom that allows for adaptation to less. Yet, don’t for a minute think this will be nice and without pain, suffering, and death. Mega cities and populations centers cannot survive this break. Consumption patterns cannot survive this. We have too many people living like kings. When this ends it will not be pretty.

Since we live in a self-organizing and adapting civilization beyond central control it is likely these drastic changes will not happen until pushed by crisis. Since we are in massive overshoot on all levels this means the status quo will likely break at some point meaning we moderns will not survive a crisis “AS-IS” nor will the subsistence billions who are in populations overshoot. The degree and duration of this break is unknown. We have many good technologies to mitigate this decline. We have many strong institutions that can give us strength. Yet, it is likely many places will depopulate and decay rapidly.

Get out of these places if you can and find a local that has some sustainability. Learn new skills and live differently. Do this locally and quit whining like our FAKE Green liberals do today about green new deals and start reinhabiting the landscape in new ways. This move will be tricky because you can’t just leave the status quo that provides employment and products to live on but you can triage out nonessentials and replace them with items that have a future in green prepping. Some can go even further and build REAL green ranches with monasteries of change. These places will be the seeds of change for a future of people grasping for answers. REAL Green does not claim to be a refuge but instead a fortified journey into the unknown.

“The Unexpected Consequences Of Germany’s Anti-Nuclear Push”
    https://tinyurl.com/rvqxztb oil price

“Just two decades ago, air pollution was a top concern for many environmentalists. Now, carbon emissions and their effect on climate seem to have taken over the environmental narrative and, as the research from NBER suggests, this is leading to neglecting important issues. Meanwhile, there are voices—and some of them are authoritative voices—that are warning a full transition to a zero-emission economy is impossible without nuclear power, which is virtually emission-free once a plant begins operating. None other than the International Energy Agency—a staunch supporter of renewables—said in a report last year that the phase-out of nuclear capacity not just in Germany but everywhere could end up costing more than just increased carbon emissions as the shortfall in electricity output would need to be filled with fossil fuel generation capacity, just like it is filled in Germany. Why can’t renewables fill the gap? Here’s what the IEA had to say: “If other low-carbon sources, namely wind and solar PV, are to fill the shortfall in nuclear, their deployment would have to accelerate to an unprecedented level. In the past 20 years, wind and solar PV capacity has increased by about 580 gigawatts in advanced economies. But over the next 20 years, nearly five times that amount would need to be added. Such a drastic increase in renewable power generation would create serious challenges in integrating the new sources into the broader energy system.” Translation: we are not adding wind and solar fast enough and we can never add them fast enough without risking a grid meltdown. Even Germany’s fellow EU members recognize the importance of nuclear power. Leaving aside France, where it is the single largest source of energy, accounting for 60 percent of electricity generation, the EU members agreed in December to include nuclear power in their comprehensive climate change fighting plan, which the union voted on at the end of the year. “Nuclear energy is clean energy,” the Czech Prime Minister, Andrej Babis, said at the time. “I don’t know why people have a problem with this.”

USA EXTERMINATED BETWEEN 10 and 15 MILLION NATIVE NORTH AMERICANS

In terms of Native North American populations, estimates range to as high as 30 million. Average estimates today, after employing DNA technology, estimate 10-15 million. According to the US Indian Census of 1890, just 200.000 remained. The rest, including entire tribes, were butchered into extinction by the American government.

Other than genocide, the essential U.S. injustice against Native Americans — the taking and exploiting of their lands — has continued, simply in new forms to this very day. Between 1944 and 1986 and amid the Cold War nuclear arms race, the U.S. ravaged Navajo lands in the Southwest and extracted 30 million tons of uranium ore. which turned Native lands into a desolate moonscape. For Native people, nothing is worse than the defilement of Mother Nature. What’s more, the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission hired Native Americans to work the mines yet disregarded the health risks that radioactivity exposure posed to them. Learn something and shed your imperial ignorance.

The Native Americans were subjected to a genocide, which is defined as: “Any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.” The American colonists and the U.S. government perpetrated warfare, mass killings, destruction of cultural practices the forced separation of children from parents, and the theft of tribal lands all in an effort to prohibit Native American tribes from carrying on- the definition of genocide.
Wars with settlers and the US military as well as the theft of native lands and other forms of oppression led to massive death tolls resulting in the elimination of entire tribes and an overall death rate for Native American populations as high as 95 percent. Disease was used as a means of biological warfare. The Indians were distributed blankets by the US Government infected with smallpox.
The Indian Removal Act of 1830 alone resulted in the deaths of 69,000 Cherokee, Creek, Chickasaw, and Seminole on the Trail of Tears. California Governor Peter H. Burnett remarked at the time, “A war of extermination will continue to be waged between the two races until the Indian race becomes extinct.”
The Act for the Government and Protection of Indians passed on April 22, 1850, by the California Legislature, allowed settlers to kidnap natives and use them as slave labor, prohibited native peoples’ testimony against settlers, and facilitated the purchase of native children by settlers and business interests for use as slave labor.
Native Americans did not gain full voting rights until the passage of President Johnson’s 1965 Voting Rights Act. Incredibly, it wasn’t until 1968, when the Indian Civil Rights Act passed, that Native Americans gained the right to free speech, the right to a trial by jury, and protection from unreasonable search and seizure. The Republican party continues to make every possible effort to prevent Native people from voting by repealing the 1965 Voting Rights Act and through the enactment of draconian voter registration rules to make voting as difficult as possible.
The attitude of the United States government is best illustrated by General William T. Sherman who, in his capacity as Commanding General of the United States Army from 1869 until 1883, was responsible for the U.S. Army’s engagement in the Indian Wars over the next 15 years: “The more Indians we kill this year the less we have to kill in the next Indian war. The more I see of the incorrigible savages, the more I am convinced we will simply have to kill every last one of them or that they be maintained as a permanent sub-species of pauper.”

    YES, REAL GREEN.

The Essence is nicely summarized below:

“In the face of runaway climate change and massive species extinction, some say that we already know all we need to know to fix these problems: Further research is a distraction and what we need now is action.”

Trump is getting dangerous every day. He and his cronies should be placed in a psychiatric hospital where they cannot harm or kill anyone, not even themselves. Trump should be assessed by a psychiatrist-someone like Dr. Jordan Petersen.

The West is continuing to go downhill thanks to the governments, bankers (robber barons), the military (which doesn’t give a shit about its veterans, not even human life). The West is plagued by social problems (drug and alcohol addiction, suicides, homelessness, political and religious extremism, illegal wars based on resource plunder, poisoned air, water and land and so on). Amerikans are drugged up, dumbed down, lazy and don’t have a clue about what is going on in the real world.

  45. Richard Guenette on Sun, 19th Jan 2020 9:45 am

The quality of life is declining because of greed (social inequality), climate change, pollution (air, water, land), wars. We have already reached a point of no return. Predictions about the increase in human population growth is bullshit- fertility rates are dropping in many countries. It’s not rocket science.

BTW, I wish I could find my own ass. Even though it reeks like you wouldn’t believe, I still couldn’t find it with both hands, a flashlight and a hunting dog. I mean it stinks so bad in here, you’d think I would have located the damn thing by now, but no.

cloggo, could you help me find my own ass, please? I protect and nurture you like were my own part-jewish brother. I dont think it is too much to ask to lend a hand, or both of them, and help me find my own ass.

“As we previously highlighted, the end of globalization may bring with it a tumultuous decade that causes commodities like precious metals and real estate to soar.”

HA, real estate is going to soar.

Just come to Australia and check out our real estate prices. If they soar any higher, they will reach the sun and disintegrate.

Dooma, I have learned that economists and Davy are alike. Both are arrogant and delusional. Economists/financial advisors are always selling something. Books, services, themselves. Best ignored.

While, precious metals will probably go higher, real estate is/will be crashing all over the world. It is in nosebleed territory in many Western countries and can only go down. Way down! Even my sister, who is not exactly a financial wizard, knows that when they sell their house eventually, it will likely be worth less than they paid for it 25 years ago.

Anything for sale needs a buyer. The buyer will set the price in the future, not the seller. all those planning to retire and sell their Mac-mansions for big retirement bucks are going to be very disappointed. The boomer generation have the houses to sell, but the later generations are too much in debt to buy them. A Great Leveling is coming. I hope you are prepared.

Mak, I think you are just upset with Davy because he has made you look bad for years now from lost debates. Get over it and move on. A real man is not so obsessed with one person.
