Realistic expectations … not what the deniers want to hear.

High fossil fuel energy will make believers out of the most stubborn people.

Wind, solar, wave energy, geothermal and second generation biofuels made from algae, cellulose and waste are the future.

It is time to speed up the transition to safe, clean alternative energy sources. Climate Change is real, we need to deal with it.

For the last century up until around 2002, WTI hovered close to $20/bbl. In the last ten years the price has increased almost five fold. If that hasn’t woken people up yet I don’t know what will. I suspect that there will still be people in denial while they sit in line-ups to buy their rations at ten dollars a gallon.

So frakked wells decline quickly. So what? Just drill another well and frak that one.

All it means is that lots of people will get high paying jobs in the oil biz drilling and frakking wells.
