In my county in Virginia, they have been upgrading all of our substations and tying them together with 230kV lines to be able to shunt power as needed and laying new/upgraded ductbanks and lines everywhere it seems. Seems like a good idea - is that happening everywhere?

Hi! I decided to try and be more active of forums, there's always more to be learned by actively participating in my opinion. So here I am!
