Should Peakoil.com charge for it's services?

If the donations aren't met should Aaron somehow charge for the services in order to keep the website going?

I'd rather have Aaron charge people for information then the website go down.

And it's not right that he should have to bear the brunt of supporting the website alone.

What do you think?

Also, does anybody know if there is place where I can download the Peakoil archives?

How about just making a donation instead? That's the current request from site admin, so why not just donate? It's not exactly difficult or expensive. Why bring up the red herring of charging for services when there is already a perfectly acceptable process?

There's a "Donate to PeakOil.com" box to the left, under the Member Quotes box. It uses paypal.

Ah, you don't want to use it. Fair enough. How do you know "a lot of us" don't want to use paypal though?

I can only speak for myself, actually. I would be willing to send a donation to an address.
