If they're pricey, it's because there's a demand for them. If they go higher, it's because there's an even higher demand for them.

The best thing for OKC to do right now would be to consider installing a light rail system from Will Rogers to Downtown to the Capitol to Tinker. This, combined with park & rides, would allow those living further out to take advantage of workable mass transit.

Also, putting a full-service grocery store near Bricktown would make it easier to live downtown.
