The chutzpah takes one's breath away. All the victims of the D. Party witchhunt orchestrated through corruption at the FBI and lies to FISA courts should have any cases against them dismissed ASAP. Even if they had shady dealings somewhere sometime, that is not relevant to the Mueller and Ukraine circus. To restore some credibility to the US justice system this has to happen. Criminal cases can be launched later when balance is restored.

https://www.rt.com/usa/483279-concord-r ... s-dropped/

The US is dropping the much-hyped indictment for ‘election meddling’ against a company supposedly behind the so-called Russian troll farm, closing the opening chapter of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russiagate investigation.

Further pursuing the case against Concord Management & Consulting LLC, “promotes neither the interests of justice nor the nation’s security,” the Department of Justice wrote to the federal judge overseeing the case on Monday, in a motion to drop the charges.

But we'll have the myth of Russian meddling in the 2016 US elections ingrained in the minds of Americans anyway. All that D. Party aligned fake stream media did its job brainwashing the masses.

The D. Party is a threat to world peace. Not surprising considering how "I make Nixon look like angel" Obama tried to make Russia out be worse than ISIS and ebola. Might have had something to do with his brazen attempt to install Hillary via a coup.

Mueller's team were never going to produce discovery for the defense team because they had none to produce. The indictment of the Russians was only for show purposes.

Its not being reported much in the US MSM, but now Concord Management....the Russian firm indicated by Mueller....is suing the DOJ and the US government for defamation.

russian-firm-says-it-will-sue-u-s-for-50-billion-after-case-dropped-

THey've got a good chance to win, too. Mueller's phony indictment was only meant to put the word "russia" into the news as D lawyers on Mueller's team leaked phony but defamatory information meant to damage Trump. Mueller was totally unprepared to prosecute.....they never presented even an iota of evidence to support their charges.

Its really been a disgrace.....and now this lawsuit may make the taxpayers foot the bill for Mueller's incompetence and bias during his investigation.

Such a large penalty will never be awarded. We have had plenty of examples where a jury grants an enormous settlement (for example in car design related deaths) only to have the appeals court downsize it by a large factor. I am also not sure what they can prove in terms of wrong doing. I expect some local US court to throw this case out by claiming that foreign litigants have no rights. Of course, local US courts passing judgements on cases existing solely outside the US on foreign soil are perfectly OK.
