Forced reactivation, if it doesn't work this time it will have to be referred up the chain to the site owner.

Hi "Abdii" - We activated your account. You should be able to login normally now. Don't know about the emails.

The site owner has purged the system and reset your account, it should be working now.

I tried to log in after the latest sql crash and got the following error message:
You have specified an incorrect username. Please check your username and try again. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.

Also, I checked the Environment forum and my posts have disappeared.

We got a problem here tech people, the system keeps switching me back and forth between my account and "Pops"! Whenever I try and navigate through pages it either shows me an image of a days old page or tells me I am Pops but am not allowed to access, then the screen changes by itself to my account. I never saw such a wierd problem before but I hope you fix it soon!

When posting as me, be sure you write concise, erudite opinions in a self deprecating but witty manner.

This has been happening to me as well. Peakoil.com tells me I am logged in as Pops. After I quoted Subjectivist for this post it now tells me I am logged in as Subjectivist. When I try to do a search it says "Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system."

I have been having similar issues for a week now. What I find works best is a long time ago I subscribed to email updates for threads I am following and if I click the link for new messages in those email messages it takes me to the right spot logged in as myself so I can reply. Second best option I have found is following the "New Messages tab in the "Alternative Search Methods" message pinned to the top of every forum.

Have found that if I 'block all cookies' via MS/Windows 'setting' first, then when going to my bookmark of PO, yes I come up as Tanada. Then I log T out and login as me. Keeps me logged in as me the entire time.
