Venezuala for all practical purposes gives away gasoline
to its citizens and it's been like that for a long time.

When's the last time you have paid 12 cents for a gallon?

I remember seeing on the local news a month or two ago that there was an oil field discovery in Guyana...anyone know how big it was?
