Back button doesn't work

Unread postby Rod_Cloutier » Thu 07 Apr 2011, 15:38:53

Just a note; since the upgrade the back button on my browser will no longer work. This is really irritating, that if I go into a post or read an article- I then have to exit the website and go back in to read something else.

(I also still miss the spell check feature on posts)

Try opening the post/article in a new tab. When you've finished reading the page, simply close the tab.

For me, it works if you hit it twice. Not that this is good news.......

Whenever I look into the browsing history the previous page(s) is a google adserver not the previous peakoil page as you would expect.

Hope this info helps the admins sort it out!

I'm using Firefox 3.6.3

In my history every page is repeated 3 times. (I don't see any Google adserver in the history.)

Likely there are multiple web servers in play and they're bouncing from one to another with redirects. It's kind of annoying.

Yeah same situation here. When I am reading new posts normally I could hit back and go to a new thread. Now I have to hit board index, then new posts again. Mildly irritating.

I use the "Active discussions" button on the top right menu, that works fine.
Using IE7 or 8 It's google redurects that come up when viewing previous page.
