Rick doesn't control the EPA---Obama does. The State of Michigan has no way to "put pressure" on the EPA---its a federal agency not a state agency.
The EPAs cover-up of the lead in Flint's water is entirely the responsibility of the EPA.
Why not accept the facts. Just because the city and state screwed up, doesn't mean that the Feds didn't also screw up. In some ways the coverup by the EPA is the most egregious, precisely because their entire job is to protect people from things like this----thats why they are called the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY and not the ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION COVERUP AGENCY.
