“Is There is a Petrol Shortages? If Not, Why Are the Petrol Stations Being Closed?”

There is no (expensive) fuel shortage. There is a huge lack of truckers able to transport the fuel from refineries to petrol stations. So far, only 1% of the petrol stations have been closed. There is a rationing of fuel, drivers can buy for max GBP 30,- per visit.

“Government plan to fast-track visas for 5,000 HGV drivers and 5,500 poultry workers is like ‘throwing a thimble of water on a BONFIRE’: Industry experts say bid to ease Christmas supply crisis ‘barely scratches the surface'”

Collapse watchers can eat their heart out about what is happening in the UK, right now:

The scenario, unfolding there, is a sneak preview of what happens to an industrial society if “fuel runs out” (even if there is enough fuel, in the refineries, that is). It’s a peak oil dress-rehearsal, so to speak.

“‘The kingdom of empty shelves’: European newspapers blame Brexit for UK supply chain crisis Continent’s press liken situation to 1970s Winter of Discontent and ‘boycotted Cuba’”

The solution: rapidly rise retirement age and force retired truckers to save the country from collapse. It is currently 66, should be 70 at a life expectancy of 80.

When I was a kid, retirement age in Holland was 65, at a life-expectancy of 68. Men worked on Saturdays as well!

“Britain’s second biggest oil refinery faces collapse as fuel crisis cripples nation: Stanlow plant chiefs hold crisis talks with HMRC over £223m VAT bill”

That Homeric laughter you hear in the background comes from the direction of Brussels.

“Keir Starmer calls for 100,000 foreign lorry drivers to be given the green light to come to the UK to solve HGV shortage after the Government unveils plans to grant 5,000 temporary visas”

“He said the Government was guilty of a ‘complete lack of planning’ as he suggested he would also grant permission for EU workers to come to the UK to take jobs in other industries struggling with recruitment like hospitality and food processing.”

And why do they need to come from the EU? How about Bangladesh or India or Kenia?

Btw mr Starmer, they won’t come from the EU in these numbers.

Thanks to Youtube, an insight into what is happening currently in the UK and the developing fuel shortages:

“Britain runs dry: Up to 90 per cent of forecourts are out of fuel and the rest are running out quickly as ambulance crashes into car waiting to fill up and Grant Shapps says haulier shortage could take YEARS to fix”

“‘I think we all know what the best deal is’: One of Keir Starmer’s shadow ministers suggests Labour should fight for the UK to REJOIN the EU as he vows ‘the battle isn’t over'”

That was quick! Jew-boy Alex Sobel is hinting that Labour should aim for a return of the UK to the EU. Not going to happen, at least within a generation.

UK to bring in the army to drive fuel trucks around:

“Boris calls in the Army: Hundreds of soldiers could be scrambled to drive fuel trucks and Government scraps competition laws to tackle petrol crisis set to last a week as up to 90 per cent of forecourts run dry”

Probably one third of the UK petrol stations are dry.

The electronic surveillance system in the UK is under heavy strain:

“Smart motorways’ horrors exposed: Undercover probe finds one in 10 vital safety cameras is not working… and the failings are so bad that staff are caught on tape saying ‘start praying to your God'”

“Storm over ‘Tory scum’ jibe as Labour is branded the ‘true nasty party’ after Keir Starmer refuses to order Angela Rayner to apologise and she doubles down on her abusive tirade”

The last thing you want as a self-respecting European, is for Labour to take over and bring the UK back into the EU. Common Market, yes, but that’s it. Scotland, another leftist hell-hole, same story. Independence would be nice, but in the EU should not be a high priority. And they want to keep the pound, so a full EU-membership would be ruled out anyway. The key to the future for Europe is Russia, not the UK.

Nevertheless, this Covid-Brexit-induced catastrophe fuels Scottish independence drive:

“AUOB Edinburgh: Thousands march for Scottish independence”

Huge petrol queues in the UK, not due to Peak Oil, but to Peak Pole (as in people from Poland, or the truck driving variety):

Unsurprisingly, opposition leader Starmer is doing fine as a result of the disaster that is Brexit, but he still doesn’t suggest that it should be overturned, unlike some backbenchers in the Labour party:

“Boris pays the price for energy crisis and Afghan shambles: Keir Starmer draws level on ‘best PM’ polling for first time EVER as Labour support spikes and Tories slump”

Not even the Dutch have any sympathy for the situation the Brits are in. Eigen schuld, dikke bult. You own your own shit:

“‘EU truckers will NOT help Britain out of the s**t they created themselves’: European HGV drivers’ union chief dashes hopes of ‘short-term visa’ fix – while British driver says red-tape and abuse forced them out of the industry”

First the whole world clapped for nurses, now petrol workers are next. Just kidding:

“Now ‘CLAP FOR PETROL’! Social media users say Britons should applaud fuel station workers at 8pm on their doorsteps as country faces latest crisis”

As if Britain has not enough problems at home, they are now taking on a super-power of 1.4 billion, by patrolling their boat in the Taiwan Straits:

“China accuses Britain of ‘harbouring evil intentions’ and claims its military ‘followed and warned’ a Royal Navy frigate during rare voyage through sensitive Taiwan Strait”

In Europe, we merely have to lean back and make sure we have a bowl of popcorn at hand. They probably think it is going to be just another Falklands War (which they almost lost btw, which lukewarm US intervention knew to prevent).

  7. FamousDrScanlon on Mon, 27th Sep 2021 2:08 pm

Huge petrol queues in the UK, totally due to Peak Oil.

  8. Biden's hairplug on Mon, 27th Sep 2021 11:39 pm

“Huge petrol queues in the UK, totally due to Peak Oil.”

    Dumb people saying dumb things.

If peak oil were real, we would have queues in Europe too, but we don’t, everything is fine here.

“Driver pulls ‘knife’ on motorist who runs into him during forecourt row as petrol crisis deepens with Boris Johnson calling in the army, while calls mount to let key workers jump the massive queues for fuel”

Although Britain has more than enough foreigners, apparently most are of the wrong color, and it are those Eastern Europeans, without whom the country falls apart. Brussels is wetting its pants for laughter. Thanks to this disaster, they have their EU enormously strengthened, because any other potential defector will think twice to follow this path.

The Bank of England knows best:

“‘When is the plague of locusts due?’: Bank of England chief warns over string of economic shocks for the country and ‘truly hard yards’ ahead as country’s recovery from pandemic stalls”

  9. Biden's hairplug on Tue, 28th Sep 2021 6:14 am

Checkmate! Now even tanker drivers have problem finding fuel. And Boris Johnson does nothing, refuses to mobilize the army:

“‘Knife’ and fist fights on forecourts amid urgent calls from Tories to bring Army in NOW: Expert demands ‘where’s Boris’ as ‘wild west’ panic at the pumps sweeps UK… and ‘tanker driver claims even he can’t find fuel'”

Poor Brexiteers, they and their hapless project must be losing credit fast among the population. Fortunately for the Brexiteers, there is no way back in the EU. Every week that passes by in this fashion, works in the interest of the EU, that skillfully managed to maneuver the UK into a shitty deal, for the UK that is.

Meanwhile, China has energy problems too:

“Power shortages in China hit homes and factories prompting global supply fears”

The globalist era, enabled by the availability of plenty of cheap energy, is clearly coming to an end.

    ‘Dumb people saying dumb things.’

That weren’t me clog. I think the 🙁 sad 🙁 pretender is back.

The UK are your neighbours not mine, so I don’t follow other than a bi monthly check-in’s at the excellent & insightful Tim Watkins ‘Consciousness of Sheep’ blog. Hugely under rated analyst. He even provides an audio option so you can listen to the article while driving, doing housework or masturbating. How thoughtful is that eh?

    The March of Folly

“The 1973 shortages were a different matter because there was nothing internally artificial about them. Although in part a reaction to the western intervention in the Arab-Israeli War (which explains the timing but not the underlying reason) the OPEC sanctions were largely a response to the peak of US oil production three years earlier. Prior to that point, the Texas Railroad Commission had exercised control over global oil prices by increasing or decreasing output. Once passed peak though, they could no longer raise output to hold prices down. This suited both the Middle Eastern oil states and the multinational oil companies, who could now force prices up. And the demands were forced home by the imposition of an embargo upon economies which depended on oil for their existence.”

The March of Folly, like Barbara Tuchman’s classic. Get it? Tim is sharp.

I Tried to Lengthen My Dick and It Did Not Turn Out So Well

After deciding to test out a penile-enhancing product advertised to me on Instagram, I found that going about your daily routine with a mattress coil in your pants is about as comfortable as it sounds.

“Believe me, if we had found a way to reliably and safely and effectively lengthen the size of the male phallus, we would have done that a long time ago.”

At least you tried god dammit, at least you tried.

clog, books are dumb & people who read them know less than people who have internet & smartfonez & hate books (cept da Jesus bible).

Low Literacy Levels Among U.S. Adults Could Be Costing The Economy $2.2 Trillion A Year

“According to the U.S. Department of Education, 54% of U.S. adults 16-74 years old – about 130 million people – lack proficiency in literacy, reading below the equivalent of a sixth-grade level. ”

clog, do you know what all these internet & smartfone junkies did with their time before they put the digital handcuffs on themselves?

    TV TV TV duh…….

Watching lots of TV ‘makes you stupid’, say researchers Universities of California and San Francisco

The study found people who watch the most TV are twice as likely to have poor mental functioning

Have you ever seen US TV clog? Holy fucking fuck – watch a mere 2 minutes of Gilligan’s Island, Jerry Springer, Sean Hannity or Oprah Winfrey & army of woo woo guests & it becomes all too clear that TV is a giant steaming coil of dog shit created by idiots for even bigger idiots.

That con artist Oprah is Trump’s twin sister.

Rose McGowan slams ‘lizard’ Oprah for being ‘pals’ with Harvey Weinstein and ‘destroying’ Russell Simmons’ alleged sexual assault victims for personal gain in a vicious Twitter takedown

McGowan, 47, tweeted a 2014 photo of Oprah with Weinstein at the 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

She said she is ‘glad more are seeing the ugly truth of Oprah,’ adding that the 67-year-old mogul isn’t ‘real’

McGowan said Oprah was ‘pals’ with Weinstein and abandoned Russell Simmons’ victims when she dropped out of a #MeToo documentary in 2020

She also liked several critical replies about Oprah

In 2018, McGowan told she turned down an Oprah interview because of the talk show host’s past friendship with Weinstein

Oprah has said she and the producer were ‘friendly’ but insists she had no idea about his history of sexual abuse

Ignorant trash – the lot of em.

Do feel bad if you can’t look away, we’re hard wired to look at the soap opera.

Beaten by this funny lot here:

    WaPo, behind paywall. Copies elsewhere.

Meanwhile, in the running joke that Britain has become:

“Expect a ‘nightmare’ Christmas, shoppers are warned: Nut roasts may replace turkey, beer could be in short supply, shelves will be empty and must-have toys will be harder to buy than ever, experts say”

Britain thought it was too good for the EU. In reality, Britain is a little like Zimbabwe: take out the Europeans from society and promptly the joint collapses. No surprises here.

Oh, and they have sent their boat to “take on China”. The British are so fond of humor that they have decided to change their entire country into one big joke.

It looks like the world will be liberated soon from the Anglo-Zionist joke, err… yoke and their diversity cult.

“Nigel Farage’s car is hit by a van as he tweets he drove around SEVEN petrol stations in failed attempt to get fuel and lashes out at government claims that the fuel crisis is stabilising”

The fuel situation in England is further worsening, see revealing map:

“Petrol stations are STILL running out of fuel quicker than they can be resupplied, bosses say as figures show South continues to be hit harder than the North”

Fascinating detail: in Northern Ireland, they have no problems. Why? Because of the EU-Protocol, which integrates NI in the EU fuel system. Nice extra impetus for the Irish republicans and their reunification drive.

And Scotland is doing fine too. Probably because they are closer to the source of North Sea oil, via Aberdeen.

It is difficult to see how the English are going to solve their problems in the short run.

“Supply chain chaos may WORSEN tomorrow as new border law means EU drivers will have to show passports to get into Britain with nightmare Christmas already looming”

See the global Oilnto hit new highs $200. The fact is world has run out of cheap easy oil and what you see is highly expensive, hard to get, low eroei etc. See oil shortages starting UK is just the beginning to fast spread to every country in the world. The Oil age may not last any long than 2 to 3 devades unless the Oil hits $400-500. Prepare store, water food ammo.
