India is likely to overtake the United States and become the world’s second-largest economy by 2030, a British financial services firm has predicted.

According to Standard Chartered Plc, China will assume the top spot by dislodging the US, which will fall to third on the list behind the two Asian giants.

Indonesia is predicted to vault into the fourth slot while Turkey will round out the top five.

India likely to overtake US to be world's second largest economy by 2030: Report
(Source: Bloomberg)

“Our long-term growth forecasts are underpinned by one key principle: countries’ share of world GDP should eventually converge with their share of the world’s population, driven by the convergence of per-capita GDP between advanced and emerging economies,” Standard Chartered economists led by David Mann wrote in a note.

As per the economists, India is projected to accelerate to 7.8 per cent by the 2020s while China’s will moderate to 5 per cent by 2030 reflecting a natural slowdown given the economy’s size.

The firm also predicted that the new global order will see current emerging markets occupy seven of the top 10 spots.

Among other findings by the economists of Standard Chartered, it was found that in the emerging markets, the waning reform momentum weighs on productivity growth; with a majority of the world’s population entering the middle-class income group by 2020, it is at a tipping point; the effects of the rapid population aging trend of China and many economies will be countered by the middle-class driven by urbanization and education.

‘What the United States fears the most is taking casualties,’ Admiral Luo said.”

Yet, who is on the front lines taking casualties. We will see how many casualties the Chinese will take when they are dying. Good or bad the US is the only major military that has fought wars with significant casualties on a regular basis.

The US alt-right has modest, achievable goals: white ethno-state on US soil.

“Cleansing” the US from non-whites is not going to happen, but splitting it up Yugoslavia/Donbas/Czechoslovakia-style is a different matter.

The US is still overall richer than you are.

Eliminate the dollar reserve currency free lunch (is underway) and you end up with an XXL-Slovenia. Fortunately for white Americans, you will still have PBM (640 million) around to come to your aid and save your white ass.

Well, the Euro is tanking as we speak with recession and sovereign debt issues. Sorry clogged, Last man standing thingy.

Just for what we think! – who can judge us while we sleep for things that might occur to us in our dreams; who can create us sick – as apparently we are – and then order us on pain of eternal torture to be well again. To demand this, to wish this to be true, is to wish to live as an abject slave!”

Despite what the old fear mongering cranks like Clogg and Mak say..Oh well..Europe and Asia will collapse soon via oil shortage..We got shale and the Saudi’s and Iraq..Thanks to beautiful false flag!

Mobster gloating about 9/11 (and hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis) and at the same time whining about his Jewish co-tribalists who allegedly died in the holohoax.

And he keeps on peddling that the US has Iraq, where even the Jew York Times admits:

    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/15/world/middleeast/iran-iraq-iranian-power.html

Yes, the US may have fracking, something shunned in Europe as it is seen as too environmentally damaging, we have something far better, namely the future of energy.

I was not aware of this EU project, Helmeth, a branch of power-to-gas. They are meanwhile able to convert (renewable) electricity in CH4 (methane, natural gas) at an efficiency of 75%, with hydrogen as intermediary stage.

    https://deepresource.wordpress.com/2019/01/14/eu-helmeth-project-power-to-methane-75-efficiency/

This should stifle those who keep on insisting that renewable energy is not going to work, since you always need fossil fuel.

Well then, here you have your fossil fuel, carbon-neutral, as the carbon input is from atmospheric CO2.

Remember that renewable energy is currently the cheapest way to generate a kWh of electricity (a few cents)

My own installation of 6 panels delivers 1600 kWh/year for 3000 euro installation cost, all in, no subsidy. Life expectancy 30 years or more. Assume 20$ linear output degradation in 30 years or 1440 kWh/year or 43,200 kWh during its lifetime or 7 cent per kWh. Mind your we are talking panels from 2015. Prices have come down considerable since and on top of that, Holland is not your to-of-the-bill solar country. In Mexico it is meanwhile 2 cents:

    https://cleantechnica.com/2018/06/14/new-us-solar-record-2-155-cents-per-kwh-400-mwh-of-energy-storage/

In other words, in Mexico you can produce carbon neutral methane for 3-4 cents per chemical kWh.

With existing technology you can already show that renewable energy has won the battle over fossil fuel. Now it is a matter of rolling out.

Ten years into the US recovery, median household incomes are, in real terms, still much what they were they were in 1999. The top one per cent of households own more wealth than the bottom 90 per cent. America’s average life expectancy has started to decline.

The oil production in Iraq is in western multinational hands.

    More exceptionalist entitlement and delusions.

It isn’t, it’s in the hands of the Iraqi government, with Iran looming in the background as protector, using Iraq as a corridor to Syria and Israeli border.

Western oil companies merely do the work of getting the oil above the ground, for a fee. Most of the revenues go to the Iraqi state.

WOW! You have exceeded your usual delusional comments with that one!

    WW1 – American casualties = 53,400

    WW2 – American casualties = 407,300
    Russian ” = 9,000,000+

    Korean War – American = 34,000
    Chinese = 610,000+
    Koreans = 600,000+

You are correct. The Us fights “Wars of choice” on a regular basis because it is a war mongering terrorist country that plunders and kills millions of innocent women and children. The next war, if there is one, will come home to America and the deaths will be in the tens of millions. It deserves all that is coming to it. The sooner it is unable to terrorize, the better. It would appear that the Trump presidency was a missed opportunity. The US needed a radical president that would basically end the Democratic Party and root out the Jewish corruption of American politics. He failed to do that. Now that they have control of the house of representatives, the Democrats will basically end freedom of speech and democracy in the US through enforced orthodoxy and hate speech laws. Much as their cousins over the pond, have already done in Britain.

    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-01-14/democrats-prepare-hearings-rightwing-extremism

The really remarkable thing about the US was not its technology or economy or global domination. It was its constitution; a document that engrained ideals like freedom of speech, freedom of association and right to bear arms in law. It is this very accomplishment that will be lost if the Democrats have their way.

The problem at its root is that a nation really cannot exist without some form of common kinship. As long as America was a white European creation that was true. As different as Europeans are, they do share a common set of Christian values and are racially similar enough to integrate at a basic level and recognise common interests. That ability does not appear to stretch to include people with vastly different cultural values and race. It is a failure of the human condition, but should not be much of a surprise from an evolutionary perspective. Hence non-whites living in America, tend to see politics as a means of undermining the status quo, rather than for building a common future. For God’s Chosen People, that has been the idea from the very start.

  44. Cloggie on Tue, 15th Jan 2019 6:49 am

Exaggerated BS, Antius. The perfect world you are fantasizing about is neither on the left or right and the extreme of both sides are playing their games. You are just blinded by your Zog conspiracies and belief all American democrats are left wing extremist. When you try too hard to make these point like you are doing you lose the argument by generalizing and vagueness. There is a huge middle ground that is independent. There are forces on both sides battling extremism. All races and both genders are in this battle. The Democratic Party has been hijacked by a small percentage of extremist this is true. This will not last because extremism brings about its own demise. Always has and always will. It could take us down as a nation in the process but we don’t know that yet. The Nazi, racist, xenophobia you and clogged preach is just as destructive.

    That’s quite an admission!

But as long as there is a chance that it won’t go down, we are going to denounce everybody as a “Hollywood-Natzi” who has the nerve to warn for the consequences of never ending mass immigration, just because it is an opportunity for historic dimwits like davy for aan XXL-opportunity for virtue-signaling on-the-cheap, while he has his open-ended flight-ticket to Italy under in his drawer, just in case.

I have been looking for a spine in empire-dave for 7 years. I have given up.

It is called honesty which is something you lack.

“But as long as there is a chance that it won’t go down, we are going to denounce everybody as a “Hollywood-Natzi” who has the nerve to warn for the consequences of never ending mass immigration”
Shut up clogged, more dishonesty. I have made it abundantly clear I am against mass immigration. I am all for the Trump wall. Screw the blind lying liberals and their dangerous game of identity politics and nothing Trump politics.

“just because it is an opportunity for historic dimwits like davy for aan XXL-opportunity for virtue-signaling on-the-cheap, while he has his open-ended flight-ticket to Italy under in his drawer, just in case.”
Clogged, why the constant Italy shit? I have an Italian wife with breathtaking property in the Dolomites. If I decide to go what does that have to do with your goofy political fantasies? What are you trying to prove, loser? I have options and you don’t is more like it and it is part of your subconscious jealousy. Thank god I don’t live in your boring overcrowded postage stamp country.

“I have been looking for a spine in empire-dave for 7 years. I have given up.”
You are a spineless coward who does not have the gonads to go out and protest and fight for your racist PBM empire. Instead you spam this obscure US web site 20/7 with hate filled Nazi racism.
