Personally I don't think it a bad idea.

We'd need someone to keep an eye so the spare mags, oil junkies, various spammers don't get out of control...

I don't think there is enough of us to make it useful. And those of us who do have something useful to a Doomer to sell, aren't going to advertise to the Feds who monitor this site and the rest of creation what we have.

JRM is also right about the liability involved. Craigslist is a better place for that.

I just came on here to see if we had a section dedicated to selling items and was kind of surprised we didn't. I was thinking of ridding myself of a couple of old, but quality bike frames. Now i'll have to Craigslist them to the local scumbags or EBay them to the thieves.
