The Koch brothers will not like it that a Republican recognizes PEAK OIL. You can not drill your way out of this problem.
It is time to transition to biofuels made from algae, cellulose and waste. The world produces a lot of trash. Lets turn that trash into fuel and energy. We need to diversify our energy sources and types. Our economic security and national security will depend on it.
