Trnaslation did not work for me, But the pretty pictures gave the story away anyhow.
Germany is much more aware of recource scarcity issues than is the USA on a whole. Idon't know if this really gives them the "edge", or is just a reflection of a reality that they have lived with since WWI. _________________ With Love to all, and Malice to none.

... although the Germans still do sell large, luxurious, energy-guzzling BMW's and Mercedes luxury cars. The S-classes and the X5's. But hey, who am I to criticize that, it does keep a lot of people employed.
