Is it possible to print off the thread without having to print each page individually?

Today I woke up to the results of last night's mini-blizzard, with a foot of snow everywhere, and 2 foot drifts in the driveway. Southern Indiana isn't equipped to deal with that readily, so several counties declared a state of emergency and closed the roads. Our highway out front is open, but only 3 or 4 vehicles passed all morning, and one was a huge wrecker.
Resigned myself to shovelling paths, but when I came in to rest, I heard a deisel engine and looked out to find a huge John Deere tractor with a 6 foot bucket clearing the drive to our repair shop. It was one of our regular customers, who refused payment, saying, "NO! You help me all the time!" Slammed the cab door, grinned and left.
Building "community" works around here. Now, if I can just find our tomcat who didn't come in last night..... |

That's great, patience, and so true. That is the only way any of us will ever survive; as a community. We're trying to reach out to everyone in our little valley. Some are receptive, some not so and some are downright unfriendly. _________________ "Modern Agriculture is the use of land to convert petroleum into food."

Here are some photos of our new post petroleum era log splitter.
Sure it's a hydraulic and will require some hydraulic fluid but that ain't no thing.
That's our two year old filly, Loucie, examining the splitter. And some wood from our forest that I’ll be cutting and splitting.
The device can be set on its end. In this position and with the addition of some custom made hardware, we'll have a fruit press for making apple juice and wine.

Will do, Ludi. We've got a friend who is metal worker/welder. He did some work for us here, in fact that filly was sired by one of his stallions. I'll have him over and tell him what we want and he'll invent the pieces we'll need. No big rush on this until next fall. _________________ "Modern Agriculture is the use of land to convert petroleum into food."

| What's the tonnage on the jack? I have an 8 ton x 20" stroke jack on a motor hoist that could be borrowed for splitter duty, and would make one heckuva juice press! |

I have been working on a modification to the Stirling cycle for the past year or so. I am in the process of converting a Virago bike engine over and have fabricated two valve bodies, a cylinder head and have begun making heat exchangers. I thought I had a novel and patentable improvement and found out I had reinvented the Stoddard Cycle, which was patented in 1919. Surprisingly I wasn't even that upset when I recently uncovered his patents. Maybe later I'll post some pictures of the parts I've fabbed up.

Went to the second half of my sock-knitting class today. Now I have the knowledge to make socks.
I should be done with these in a week or so ... _________________ What, so I'm in no end game

My wife's been knitting and crocheting for more than 30 years. I figure her skills will come in handy in the future. Don't get addicted to the craft RSG or you'll end up with a huge stash of yarn. All my wife's friends have massive stockpiles as do we! Check out some of her work

Surprisingly I wasn't even that upset when I recently uncovered his patents. | That sort of thing usually pisses me off, like when it's an idea I had
thought of some time ago but then see it as a new product, ERRR!
But hey, on the plus side your innovation means you're at least as brilliant
as that guy, you got something really cool and you're great at predicting
how technologies develop...

We've taken a major step.
I've sold my F250 diesel truck to a neighbor. Fron now on we will be a single vehicle family. The truck was more than I needed and I was only driving it about once a week. My wife will be selling her Passat TDI wagon and we'll be buying a small Ford Ranger. It doesn't get the MPG that the Passat gets but this is not a concern as the state pays her mileage and it is such a generous stipend that we have not really paid for fuel for either of our vehicles for the last year.
BTW, Patience asked "What's the tonnage on the jack? "
10 tons.
