New Discussion Forum Needed to share skills, supplies& b

I think that a lot of the Peak Oil forum members have little experience in practical skills. A lot of the hopelessness that they feel seems to come from a lack of knowledge and not having a place that they can share and learn practical skills and sources for dried food, books etc.
