| Remember, folks, the stock market doesn't always return 7-12% every year. If that was always the case, we'd be at 18,800 or so right now and our investment dollars would have doubled. Instead, we're about where we were in 1998 and inflation has ripped the value of that money almost in half during that time. |

90%. The average first returned to the 1930 peak about 1954. |

Unfortunately, I got slaughtered like the ceremonial PIG …
My 401k lost about 65% of its value during the ‘internet bubble’. It was my own young stupidity (along with all the talking heads pumping the sh*t until the very end).
