No, in that case you're a hysterical doomer. You can be a peakoiler and keep your sense of perspective (like, that depot meant about nothing in the greater scheme of things).

Yeah, my thoughts as the depot explosion happened was that all that gas was going to be ignited in the next few days in billions of much smaller explosions anyhow... so what's the big deal.

...when you frantically buy every self-teaching Arabic and Chinese language books as these will be the most dominant languages in a few years along with maybe Russian or Hindi.
