Post subject: New Peak Oil T-Shirts
New postPosted: Fri Sep 03, 2004 10:40 pm
www.oilcrisis.com has started updating their site. They also have some nifty t-shirts, which can be seen here:

www.cafepress.com/peakoilaware/

I am starting to have some hope that the renewable energy shift can happen. It looks like a lot of smart people are working to make it happen, but it's going to take a political shift to provide the massive funding shift.
Perhaps wearing this can help to spread the word to make it happen?
(I am not connected in any way with these sites or t-shirt sales, BTW)

Of all the convincing arguments I've seen, a peak oil shirt that my fucking dog can wear is bound to inform thousands of people. Still, maybe there is nothing wrong with a little eco-capitalism.

:D

I don't often laugh when I come here but that was pretty good. Good to see another resource updating.

For this product, I would have chosen another punchline:
"Even my dog knows about Peak Oil ! So why don't you ?"
