It depends a bit how you define "evicted". Technically eviction is when your landlord goes to court to force you out of a place you're living. I've never had that, but I've had a couple of landlords ask me to leave a rental. One was pissed because we were in the middle of a drought and I didn't water the yard. The other was because she decided that she was going to take the house back with two weeks notice so her son could live there.
