Commanding Heights, the documentary, was made by Cheney and friends. It's a puff propaganda piece, imo. There's a lot of talk about making sure all important resources like water, etc are privatized, non-union and free market. It makes quite a bit of sense for Fox to show this clip as it supports their possition and drums up a bit of paranoia at the same time.

Somewhere between free-reign and socialism is a land of smart regulations that protect citizens and land from abuse and guide big biz to make choices that aren't for it's benefit soley (which, wer're discovering, and hopefully they're discovering, is actually their best interest for long-term longevity).

Serious here, I think regardless the messenger, Maxine Waters attempt to "find" the appropriate word, tells, errrr ..... suggests more than the video itself, don´t you think?
