Its highly unlikely that anything Trump is doing will have any great effect on global CO2 levels or global warming. CO2 levels were already going up every year, with the rate of increase in CO2 emissions steadily accelerating.

Trump seemingly doesn't give a damn about global warming, and Obama frequently said he cared a lot about global warming, but there isn't going to be any real difference between the two of them. Global CO2 levels went up every year under Obama and they are going to go up every year under Trump.

The UN Kyoto Treaty process offered hope of slowing or even stopping global warming as it was designed to create a binding global climate treaty that would require CO2 emissions reductions. Obama derailed that whole idea in 2009, pretty much guaranteeing that CO2 emissions will go up every year for the foreseeable future.

Cheers!

NOAA has been having some sort of issue the last week or more in getting reliable readings. Probably need to re-synchronize their data to get rough numbers but I am too lazy to bother, the numbers from one day to another are not a serious impact compared to the monthly and yearly numbers with their broader data sets. Anyhow here is what they have today,

January 26: Unavailable
January 25: 407.29 ppm
January 24: 407.69 ppm
January 23: Unavailable
January 22: Unavailable
