The record one day drop is 774. Anybody think we'll top that today?

I'm a buyer today! I covered my UAUA and F short. LOL.

I think PPT will show up sooner or later. If not look for a 800+ point decline by close.

Down -426 going into the last hour.....will we plummet? Will we move up? I think we stay fairly flat for the rest of the day and end down -400 pts.

Could do either. I'm a bit more of the plummet opinion. We've been in a tight lateral consolidation all day. I say down 650 at the close.

Will a bunch of "auto-buy" orders kick in around 8200 again? Or are those all gone because we already breached that level a few days back?

Last week they took advantage of the low volume for a little price manipulation. They wanted to slap down the shorts who were preparing to load the bandwagon.

Your Happy Bear Dance scared them.

They can't stop this though, just short term manipulation of sentiment through smoke and mirrors.

Today it didn't work.

SPG--

Are we outside the 5 minute band? If so how far?

We're outside the 5, 10, and 60 minute bands by a good bit.

The 5 and 10 minute bands, though, are pretty vertical and we're sliding along them. The hourly could go either way. I think I'm going to hold my shorts. We might get a bounce tomorrow morning and that's fine. We're going to retest the lows before this is done.
