Shouldn't this be a red flag, since most in the military are in their 20s. Even lifers are usually out by 40.
So if that's the case, it seems that we have a national problem that is not being recognized. Or perhaps hidden.
I'm in my 70s and have no problem so why should men in their 20s be needing assistance?
I thought the military had an up or out policy?
It occurs to me we may be slowly genetically extinguishIing ourselves in this modern world with all its negative impacts, chemicals etc. So that even if devastating abrupt consequences from climate change and nuclear war never materialize we may reach an evolutionary impasse. As per a movie I saw "Children of Men',whereby the reproductive capacity of humans is compromised.
Or maybe our genetic/cybernetic advances will improve our species biologically . Or natural selection will weed out the genetically superior from the inferior. I guess this thread can open up some interesting speculation on our future as a species
