Movie review: The Conspiracy

Unread postby Rod_Cloutier » Sat 03 Aug 2013, 10:44:27

This was a reasonably done low budget film that might eventually attain the cult following of ‘the Blair Witch project’. It’s about two young twenty something investigative journalists who want to make a documentary about the social phenomenon of conspiracy theorists; who they are, how they live, and what they are about.

They start their documentary in earnest following one man, with no family, no status, and no job around as he crusades. Suddenly, after filming him for a few weeks, he disappears without a trace. Time passes and the two men feel obligated to find out what happened to him.

From there they embark into a journey into the very conspiracy's the man preached about, leading them to walk the same path into harm’s way that their subject had walked.

This Interesting and current film explores the concept of why people ignore truth staring them right in the face. Worth seeing if you can find it, and have the time!

You've got to be kidding. Yes a lot of people do ignore truth when it is staring them in the face. These people are known as "truthers", and they are completely delusional. But I don't think you meant the truthers, you are talking about everyone else who think, and rightly so, that the truthers are all a bunch of nut cases.
