Hey Eastbay,

I'm about 2/3 of the way through your book. If you wrote another, I would buy it too. Nice first novel.

I'll keep my comments until I finish and some others have had a chance to read it. I will say, my paradigm of you changed after seeing your picture on the back cover. I resemble your avatar more than you do.

I haven't been on the forum that long to know the man behind the book, but congratulations all the same.

Do you have any plans to publish this novel in Kindle format?

I would like to order softcopy (in any format). Is this likely to happen soon?

Eastbay, If this is going to take some time could I not just donate a payment to yourself and you send me one?

Thanks - I'd found the book, but didn't want to waste resources transporting it round the world. I may be being dumb, but couldn't see an ebook option.

Shut Down is now available on Kindle. $7.99.

The good folks at Amazon formatted the text beautifully! I wanna hug the tech who did the formatting, it's that nicely done!! :)

I got my copy in France last week. No time to read it yet, but I'll give it a whirl pretty soon.

I read nearly half the book last night. It's quite fast paced and a good read so far.

Well, given the last book I read was the uncut version of The Stand (yes, all 1141 sodding pages of it), that may just be relative!

It seemed to get into the action too quickly for my taste (but I guess that's the sudden nature of the whole thing) but it seems to be developing well so far (and I've stopped thinking "this is a book by a bloke on the forum" and am reading it for what it is, a good read!).

Here's the link, but it's in pdf for those with a slow internet connection. The article is on page #1, so you won't wait too long to load: http://www.nw-connection.com/archives/N ... 1_v2-1.pdf

Congratulations EB on what has evidently been a labour of commitment.

When's the sequel?
