We cannot drill our way out of this oil crisis. Since 2000, oil companies working in the U.S. have doubled the number of wells drilled per year.
Although increased drilling has added new oil to the nation's supply, it has not done so fast enough to offset the terminal decline of existing fields.
We are going to have to import more of our oil. Period.

To put an image in your post you have to first have the image loaded somewhere on the internets ("s" intended)
Copy the url to the image and post it in your message, then highlight it and click on the "IMG" button. That should do it.

should the url be to the picture or the page its on? I always screw these up and can't figure out what I am doing wrong. See got it wrong AGAIN. grrrr. forget it, its too early to get pissed off, not enough caffeine yet.

I have to agree, with the posting I do here and at Democratic Underground, I am quite certain the government could find me and who I am without the aid of my little picture. If that picture is what was keeping them from finding me, then they are far more incompetent than I thought, and will certainly never find any real terrorists. I am a patriot, which to this administration, is probably the same thing as a terrorist. I've seen too much of the world to be a brainless nationalist.
