From Matt Savinar's site I learned that Harper's august issue will feature an article called 'Imagine there's no oil: Scenes from a Liberal Apocalypse.' As I'm in the Netherlands, it's pretty hard to lay my hand on it, so it will take some time before I can read it. But its title is alluring, to say the least. So maybe anyone of you in the US could comment on it? Matt himself maybe?
